I submitted everything that applied to us in one packet, organized in the same order as the document checklist that you will receive after you receive the AOS invoice (IV invoice is available after you pay the AOS fee but it is the same checklist sent). You must submit the copy of the original documents and a copy of the translations. Some folks got checklist because they only submitted translations.
    -          For the Supporting Documents (pretty much the beneficiary docs): you need to submit copy of valid passport biographic data page, birth certificate, marriage certificate, and police certificate…if applicable marriage termination document, court records, military records and adoption documentation.
    -          For the Signed Affidavit of Supports (AOS docs): Proof of US status (if you use a joint sponsor), proof of domicile (if your mailing address and/or place of residence is not in the US), Petitioner’s Civil Documents (birth certificate/marriage certificate/marriage termination documents…I decided to submit a copy of my passport), proof of relationship (only if you file for the I-864A form), evidence of income (I submitted employment letter and last 6 months of paystubs as indicated on the I-864 instructions as optional items), forms W-2 (I submitted last 3 years), IRS transcripts (I submitted last 3 years), federal income tax returns (it's either your income tax or transcripts...I submitted transcripts), social security earnings, proof of assets.

My SD is 2/2. They told me that it was sent to the review process and could take 11 weeks,  but from the group feedback some CCs are 4-8 weeks. I am hoping to have an interview date in April. You know what's funny? We've wait almost a year for this entire process and the interview is like 5 minutes. We just need to hang in there a bit longer, everything is worth it. Good luck.

Hello, I’m still waiting for a CC and have been reading your updates to have an idea on how long the interview scheduling piece is taking. I heard that in DR, they are out or running short on the employment-based visa. This sounded the alarm. So, I looked up the info that I remembered reading about some visa categories being limited and that’s when our priority date is the key in determining our place in visa queue, but this is for employment-based visa and family-sponsored visa categories. However, immigrant visas for immediate relatives of U.S. citizens are unlimited, so they are always available. For the most part, the majority of us are in the IR category. I wonder what they mean when they said there is still nothing. I think you still could be a March interview, fingers crossed.

Great, it's normal, they will enable your account and the ds-261 will be available. I was able to access the portal a day after my case # was assigned.

I just did that with my package. I preferred to wait for my confirmation page as I read that there were many folks that had issues with nvc not attaching their ds-260 to their scanned docs and that was delaying their cases.

Hi, great news. With that information you can log in to their portal and check when the agent form and the AOS and IV fees are unblocked so you could move forward. I believe that after checking a few times, the agent form was available to be completed but had to wait a couple of days to receive the email from the nvc, which unlocks the AOS fee. Then a few days later the IV fee was unlocked. After both fees are processed (completed) you are able to fill out the ds-260. You could start gathering the docs needed for the AOS and IV packages in the meantime. Good luck.
