I just happen to see our case on the unapproved list....

Does that mean we have been denied?

Why did I not get an alert?

Could they be holding June 1 et al for 12/31....

Then they can update end quarter/year....12/31/17.....everything before 6/1/17....

Why else hold june?

I like our +196 days and counting....meaning...they can't hardly delay it much more...they will have to respond....and soon.

Hahaha - I feel like we have the momentum now.... (at least it's what I'm telling myself)

no if they approved 10 cases in total out of  4000 that doesn't mean they started approving cases on that month actually some apps even show that these were expedited .

 

if you want chronological order you have 20 more days to talk and rant..cause people got approved in may after 210 + days literally today.

 

For example a military service member especially about to get deployed can ask for expedite. There were expedited cases in June too that approved months ago... that's how it works. Unfortunately this is how it works.

 

everybody gets really furious and starts talking about this order of things when they get close and I understand but let's get real if they were to do it by a total order let alone June, May wouldn't even start yet.

 

i forgot about Military - i understand this exception.

Yes, I understand and June still has over 160 virgin apps. and earlier months are still pending, too.

 There are many dates being approved way out of order.....

I'm curious....

you can see the matrix of countries and how many petitions of each sort being requested.

A small number of countries (Brasil is one) have (in this case) K-1 petitions in the hundreds, compared to many other countries with much, much lower counts.

I wonder if this ordering system is selecting petitions on a timeline, but also with regard to an equitable approval distribution among all the countries.

It is obvious they are not being reviewed in chronological order....and my request is now at 191 days...for my fiance.  One person.

i'm looking at the approvals coming for Brasil beneficiaries...and it's frustrating to see September and October applications being approved and my June 6 is still virgin.

When attempting to send the inquiry for "taking too long"...the system states the application is still within the processing time.  Is it?  188+ days.  Really?
