That's super weird! That's how a lot of people are ensuring they get their GC in their married name - by simply typing it that way in the forms!
I don't really know what kind of evidence you can provide except for your marriage certificate which is legal proof of the change. But you already provided it... Oh, USCIS, what a mess. Maybe try calling them to clarify the situation.

I am beyond HAPPY to report that I literally just received two pieces of mail from USCIS: one for my I-765 and the other for my I-131, and they were APPROVED!!!! I should be getting my EAD/AP document at some point. I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is informed Delivery not working for everyone or it is just me?
it was working fine before but since yesterday it wouldnt access the website and also I didnt get any mails.

I just called USCIS and I have been speaking with a tier 2 officer which told me my advance parole and work permit are on the way and gave me a track number!! 🤩 My NOA date is sept 19!

Relax! This is just the beginning of your immigration journey. Take a lot of patience. Just enjoy the holidays now. You are going to receive some news soon.

So I haven't been to the post office to check my mail in a week (we don't get mail at the house) and as I opened my PO box I saw the tiny letter from USCIS in between all the magazines and junk. The moment I saw the yellow paper inside I panicked lol
I was convinced it was a RFE for the I-864 as I feel that's the most common one. I had a couple more errands to do but when I finally opened it, it just informed me that I haven't sent I-693 and if I got an interview notice, I should just bring the results with me.
Ah, the relief!

If you're asking about permission, you're allowed to work since day 1 of having the card. As far as finding jobs goes, i for one have resumes at the ready and will be spreading them all across town! I can't work in my field here and honestly, after all this waiting, even mcdonalds crew member sounds fantastic.

Hi everyone! I got approved for Employment/travel (combo card)!!! I don't have the notice mail with me because we put our address to my parents in laws. it's only 30 min away, ill pick it up once my finals are done!!!

Hey Aviinashh try downloading the informed delivery app on your phone because this look like its from your desktop. That way you can see both the mail pieces and packages. Also afterwards update your notification settings in your app to send real time email and text for incoming packages and mail.

Its annoying how the system work... if they are a lot of people open more places for more people to work and easy peace!! its so frustrating this.. because We need to work for real, we can not being here doing nothing just with a salary....

I think I am just going to wait it out (unless I see Ive been left far behind).  I won't hit 90 days until the end of the month and I went into this knowing I would be waiting for at least 90-120 days (and maybe more since several holidays fall in this time frame), so I can't really be cranky.  
 
As much as I would like to work to get out of the house and have extra income, I know in the future I will probably look back to this "extended vacation" I'm having and wish I would have appreciated it and enjoyed it more!! 

We just got an envelope and it contained my husband’s EAD! We’re so amazed at how fast it was delivered. Less than 24hrs since it was sent. 🙌🏼 Even more amazed at how fast it was processed. Currently at day 66 since our application was received, according to the tracker.

OH MY GOSH! Our package’s status just updated. Instead of December 09, it’s going to be delivered TODAY!! 🙌🏼

Is this the EAD card since it is under “packages” in informed delivery and it is coming from “production facility”? PLEASE SAY YES🤞🏼

Received my EAD/AP combo card in the mail today, December 6th. Old style card, not the new one. My notice date was November 29th, and they mailed the card on December 1st. Case status still shows received, heh.
 
Interestingly, for those of you that use Informed Delivery; my Combo Card was sent with USPS Priority Mail, but it never showed up in my Packages or Letter previews; even today.

I'm broke so I shall bet twenty peanuts on myself.

Good morning guys, I finally got some good news - my EAD card was approved, approval notice was sent out yesterday in the mail and my I-485 is now in que for ready to be scheduled for an interview.  It appeared that the Senator's Office enquiry helped. There is still no new updates on my online status, it remains the same.

Yes hopefully, praying for all of us. But I kinda doubt mines since as I'm in South Florida and interviews take awhile, however I'm hoping EAD comes through quickly.
