I was reading that its only affecting immigration courts I didnt see anything about uscis, NVC or consulates.

I always test positive for a skin test, as would anyone from the UK, we are inoculated.
 
I am sure that there are many other Countries where inoculation is common or the norm.

The TB skin test is not diagnostic; it is only for screening.  LOTS of people test positive per skin test, with no evidence of TB on Xray.  

You will get a stamp at the point of entry when you come back to the US. So as soon as you enter you will be consider a resident. Even if GC hasn't arrive yet. Good luck on your interview!

I can’t recall which post since they are so many... sorry. But I do remember that the email was received the day before they closed the federal offices. Some peoples’ interviews were postponed weeks to months... It was such a heated post, I remember that much.

They start scheduling the last Thursday of the month. There is a fb group called "case closed information" and people have been posting that they've called and received interview dates over the phone. https://www.facebook.com/groups/2003297933268518/

Right now the wait is looking to be about 6+ months unfortunately.  I will be entering my 7 month soon still no word.
