We dont know yet, we are slowly collecting Data to understand whats going on, so members help with N400 application is greatly needed and appreciated. This is a new territory for USCIS as well, well atleast in recent years.

Yes they do, the print out is for security guard to let you in, showing it on the phone is enough. 

When you get to the info window, they will need your ID to search your app on their computer and print you a waiting number. They wont rely on your printout. 

Disclaimer: this is the common way of doing it, but with everything else USCIS has 100s of ways of doing things.  

Always say whether its on purpose or not, its a great security feature to keep criminals from figuring out the system lol

Post all your dates in your last to make it easy on the person updating the chart. 

Also did you apply for N400? 

I fell at this point it should be added to the chart, because its very RELEVANT to whats happening with I751 applications.

Ok so you def will hear something in a couple of weeks otherwise your case has enter a none regular route and you'd have to get on top of it. 

But you should be fine, your NOA is end of sept, we are mainly seeing early and mid sept approvals.

guys it would be very helpful for those approved from now on to mention if they had applied for N400 or not so we can build data and track record on whats happening. 

My goal is to see visual data on how many months before the N400 interview are the I751 apps send to the local office. 

We want to know if the I751 is sent to the local office right after the N400 NOA is generated or when an interview date is generated.

I was about to run into the same problem with a passport expiring 7 months from now. He said the stamp will reflect that. And I told him I brought passport pics and would an I-94 with a one year extention and he was nice and made it happen. 

You can get an new infopass and get an I-94 extension, its all you need to get back to the US (when driving) but not sure how you are planning to enter Canada with an expired foreign passport.  

This system is a mess, I too feel like I went from an almost citizen to a  temp DACA applicant running around on weird stamps, getting new driver licenses, employment status recheck, airlines rechecking and rechecking my status, CBP machines not accepting expired green card and I-94. It literally went from a smooth 2 years to back to zero it feels like.

CSC filers, Has anyone applied for N400 and got approved or was everyone skipped?

Now that they have started approving applications again. Will they play catch up or those applying in 2018 will have to wait til 2019?

Im here for legal advice on legal matters, so once I become a citizen in few months, Id never in my life look in the direction of someone who talks in bad light about immigrants. Lol I think you should worry about your tax dollar (1.5 trillion cut) that went to the rich, and the millions on millions for military Parade then some mother taking her child to the doctor on discounted health insurance. Yuna628, do not waste your breath on paper-logistic-materialistic people, throughout all this beauty we call life they have lost all compassion for the follow human being, they are so blinded by so much garbage in their lives, including racism for many, that if a human tried to take their sick kid to a doctor they want them detained and deported. 

The US is beautiful with so many beautiful helpful souls, but so many evil people also, blind to its beauty, I def do not respond to these people or let them into my life if I want to keep enjoying the great US experience. 

I read the article, and its saying only ONE ACA rule will be considered a violation. There this thing called ACA subsidies (Insurance discounts and tax refunds) for families with low incomes. I guess if this ####### passes, immigrants have to reject the discount and pay full price or be considered  public charge. 

Personally, I think these are just nazi fantasies, tell your families to vote for those who want us treated like humans this Nov 

ACA is not a service to be used or not used. 

ACA is a LAW, that encompasses all of the US healthcare system, if you have insurance through your job, that means your job if providing you insurance through ACA rules. If you dont have a job you have to get insurance or get fined, which another ACA rule. 

Trump did strike down the tax fine if you dont have insurance. 

But people, learn what ACA is. Even if you have insurance through private provider its still considered ACA because the private provider has to play by ACA rules. 

I was about to update. 

I went and it worked. It wasnt super busy. Security didnt ask for any appt proof for some reason, which is usually the main hurdle when doing an early walkin, but by the time I asked if I should remove my shoes, he answered yes, I dropped all my papers in the bin and he didnt care to look or ask as I was taking off my shoes. 

At the Information window, she asked what my appt was for and I casually said "oh im just here for the extention stamp" she asked for green card and extention letter, printed a number and asked me to take a seat. 

Got called, he checked my passport, saw that it was expiring in 7 months and said the extention will reflect that date. I told him I brought passport photos if we can do an I-94, he said sure and made me one with a 1 year extention. 

When he first looked at my extention letter, he did say I wont need a year, Ill be getting my CG soon. I explained that I did apply for citizenship and he said "yup, its legal to do so, but it messes things up, you might need the wholw year now" 

Also, anyone figured out what the critirias are for a 6 months vs 1 year stamp?

Did anyone get a 1 year stamp with a passport expiring soon?

Has anyone tried it?

Ill be trying it this week since getting an infopass seems harder than getting citizenship in some cities. 

I will report back if Im able to convince someone with my upcoming travel that cant even wait the infopass two week minimum scheduling time.

Thats not how bullying works. You bully a person whether face to face or online, you cant bully an annonymous poster online you know nothing about. As for name calling, it is protected as an opinion under freedom of speech.

Damn sorry to hear you found one of those, thats literally a career monkey who doesnt give a ####### about their 9-5 career and just has a general idea of what to do in autopilot and as soon as something out of the ordinary comes up they dont know what to do and try to ignore it until its someone elses problem

People do not be afraid to correct these clowns and demand to speak to higher ups until a real human speaks to you. If you are sure about what YOU are talking about you will be fine and worst come to shov a judge will certify you based on actual law.
