TeachersJ&L got a reaction from KAMN in Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center)
Hello, yes.  Our field office is the Manchester (New Hampshire) Field Office.  It seems that there is currently no wait at this field office.  On May 10 our status was updated to: "We are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, for an interview."   On May 11 it was updated again to:  "On March 11, 2021, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. We will mail you an interview notice."
We will find out the date of the interview when the letter arrives.

You are correct that MSC and NBC (National Benefits Center) are the same.  It is not the same as Nebraska Service Center.  And you are correct that MSC/NBC does not appear as an option in the dropdown menu when checking processing times on the USCIS website for I-751.     This Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center) is a thread on VisaJourney  that you may find helpful, as well as this spreadsheet where people are posting their own dates to inform others in the absence of a USCIS-published timeline.   Did you have your first interview for your conditional permanent residency in the US or at an overseas consulate?  If you were interviewed in the US, they may be using your biometrics from your previous application and that's why you haven't heard from them.   If you were interviewed abroad, you should be receiving a biometrics appointment, but availability of this appointment may depend on your local field office, i.e., if they are very backlogged because of the COVID closures, your appointment may be delayed because of that.  I hope this is helpful.

Just writing to let people know that we filed in early May, 2020, our case was assigned to MSC, and we received our biometrics appointment letter yesterday.  The appointment is scheduled for mid December.

I see it was announced for I-765 applications, but I am not seeing that it has been announced for I-751’s.  https://mobile.twitter.com/uscis/status/1244698689790185478?lang=en

The carta de no antecedentes penales is valid for one year from date of issue.  If it has been more than a year, you need another.  Otherwise, you're good.  My wife's was 10 months old by the time her interview finally rolled around.  Not an issue.

You are expected to get the letter form your state if it's available.  If not, you can get it from the federal police.  This is the wording from the instructions sent to all interviewees in Cd. Juarez:
If you are 16 years of age or older: The original police certificate from your country of current residence and countries of previous residence. Police records from Mexico are only available to individuals 18 years of age and older. Applicants who lived in Mexico for six months or more since the age of 18 are required to obtain a state police record (Carta or Certificado de No Antecedentes) from the State Police (Fiscalía General del Estado). If the state record is unavailable, you must submit a federal police record (Carta de No Antecedentes Penales) from the Dirección General de Ejecución de Sanciones, Comisión Nacional de Seguridad. Please view information online on how to apply for these documents.
If you lived in any other country besides Mexico and the United States for 12 months or more since age 16, you must submit a police certificate from that country.

Thrilled to read this happy ending!!!  As we reported in July, my wife also found the consulate to be fairly empty, she was able to enter early and was out in less than 2 hrs.  Officials were friendly.  We were also surprised given the long wait for appointments.

Hello, everyone.     Our thoughts and good vibes are with all who are still waiting and we hope and pray that you are with you loved ones again very soon.  My wife's interview in CDJ was 7/23. One thing that seemed strange to us was that the CDJ consulate did not seem to be operating anywhere near full capacity.  There was no line when we arrived at 9:45am for a 10:15am interview and she was waved right in.  She said that only a small section of the waiting area inside and a small number of the windows in the hall where she was led were being utilized.  Her interview was complete (visa approved😁) and she was back out on the street by 11:30am (much faster than the 3-5 hours we had read that it could take).  So it's not clear to us why the waiting time for interviews is getting longer and longer unless they are scheduling fewer interviews because they are understaffed at the consulate or we were just there on a day that they had scheduled fewer interviews than normal.   Although we did not expedite, it may make sense to do so for those who have been waiting more than a few months.  (It never occurred to us to try.)  Our thoughts are with you all!

Thank you, all, for your posts here.  We are in a similar boat.  Simple spouse visa case.  Case Complete March 13.  Still hoping for a June interview, but feeling less likely by the day since the VJ spreadsheet is showing the most recent Case Complete date that has had an interview scheduled at CDJ is Feb 20 (scheduled on April 26 for June 26).   Good luck to you all and thanks for the info you have posted.
