  1. could you please share information about what evidence you sent in and how it was handled at the interview? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
  2. Hello, yes. Our field office is the Manchester (New Hampshire) Field Office. It seems that there is currently no wait at this field office. On May 10 our status was updated to: "We are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, for an interview." On May 11 it was updated again to: "On March 11, 2021, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. We will mail you an interview notice." We will find out the date of the interview when the letter arrives.
  3. It all depends on your local office. We filed May 2, 2020 and our case was assigned to MSC, we were called for biometrics appointment in December, 2020 and received an email March 10, 2021 (yesterday) saying we would be scheduled for an interview and another on March 11, 2021 (today) saying we have been scheduled for an interview (which means that in our office, New Hampshire, there is no wait to be scheduled): On March 11, 2021, we scheduled an interview for your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. I don't think there's a way to know when it was scheduled for until the letter arrives in the mail.
  4. Date Filed (Texas Service Center): May 2, 2020 NOA Date: May 5, 2020 NOA Letter Dated: June 30, 2020 Biometrics Appointment: Dec 11, 2020 Case Status Updated March 10, 2020 to "Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview" Email states: As of March 10, 2021, we are ready to schedule your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice.
  5. Awesome. Thank you for letting us know. (We submitted our I-751 12 days after you, had biometrics appt in Dec, right after your had yours, and now have fingers crossed that our "ready for interview" notice will be coming soon). Congratulations and thank you for keeping us updated!
  6. You are correct that MSC and NBC (National Benefits Center) are the same. It is not the same as Nebraska Service Center. And you are correct that MSC/NBC does not appear as an option in the dropdown menu when checking processing times on the USCIS website for I-751. This Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center) is a thread on VisaJourney that you may find helpful, as well as this spreadsheet where people are posting their own dates to inform others in the absence of a USCIS-published timeline. Did you have your first interview for your conditional permanent residency in the US or at an overseas consulate? If you were interviewed in the US, they may be using your biometrics from your previous application and that's why you haven't heard from them. If you were interviewed abroad, you should be receiving a biometrics appointment, but availability of this appointment may depend on your local field office, i.e., if they are very backlogged because of the COVID closures, your appointment may be delayed because of that. I hope this is helpful.
  7. Hi dady12. We applied about 10 days after you and were also assigned to MSC and had our biometrics appointment in mid December. Perhaps it's worth calling and just confirming that your biometrics letter wasn't lost in the mail. But it is also possible that your field office is just more backed up than ours due to COVID office closures and/or staff shortages and that's why your biometrics appt hasn't been scheduled yet.
  8. ONLY For I-751 Filers whose case has been transferred to MSC: If you wanted to add yourself to this spreadsheet, it would be helpful for people who are tracking their cases at MSC and wondering how much longer it may take.... https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Id1duRRByZHJmhEzl9N25GqwzcnUyLCR4e4N9W6zGLg/edit?usp=sharing Again, this is only for I-751 Filers whose case is at the MSC service center (which is one that does not show up when you check the current timeline on the USCIS site... . It's a newer service center for I-751's, apparently mostly (or only) for those who had their first interview at an overseas consulate and entered on an immigrant visa, as opposed to those who had their interview in the US and changed status to CPR).
  9. This URL is the official word on where to file: https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses. (It was in Texas when we filed in May, but as of Sept 2020, it says Phoenix.)
  10. Just writing to let people know that we filed in early May, 2020, our case was assigned to MSC, and we received our biometrics appointment letter yesterday. The appointment is scheduled for mid December.
  11. Congratulations! I am curious… For those who are already getting that your card has been sent, did you have your initial interview in the US or at a consulate abroad? We had ours abroad and we mailed our I-751 In in early May, 2020. It was assigned to MSC and they have been no updates to our case since then (including biometrics). Is there anywhere to get any idea of what kind of a timeline MSC is operating on? (They don’t appear as a drop-down option in the USCIS menu for checking current wait times).
  12. You are correct. Any idea where anyone is sharing their experience with MSC (or NBC) I-751 processing times? Neither MSC nor NBC are options for I-751 at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
  13. Any idea how long I-751 cases assigned to MSC are taking to get sent to your local field office? MSC is not an option on the dropdown menu on the USCIS “estimated wait times” page. Our case was assigned to MSC in 05/05/20. Thanks and best wishes for speedy approval to all.
  14. Ours also came today. Submitted to Texas May 2. Received May 5. Assigned to MSC. Email to lockbox was not answered. Online inquiry was never assigned. NOA dated June 30 arrived today. Wishing a speedy resolution to you all.
  15. I see it was announced for I-765 applications, but I am not seeing that it has been announced for I-751’s. https://mobile.twitter.com/uscis/status/1244698689790185478?lang=en
