We had the same issue coming in to LAX.  I could see her record in the "travel history" on the CBP website but no I-94.  Try sending an email to the CBP deferred inspection office in Los Angeles and they'll autorespond with a form to correct the I-94.  Fill out the form and attach a scan of the passport pages.  I did that and the I-94 appeared online in 4 business days.   If you live in LA you can also go to their office downtown with the passport and they'll fix the I-94 for you on the spot.

Just got my NVC number. June 4 NOA2 and received by NVC on the 19th. I checked multiple times yesterday but it took them an additional day for data entry.

June 4 NOA 2.  Just called NVC and the nice lady said received today.

I should have put my I-129 package in a Frito Lay box.  Maybe they would get to it first.  

Got the email and text today too. NOA1 12/1/17.  The VJ timeline estimate shows possible adjudication by May 29.
