NOA 2: May 10, 2022
Waiting for my case being transferred to NVC, luckily my embassy is getting cases from NVC pretty fast so I'm super excited!!

It is hard to not keep checking, I feel that! We are in the NVC stage and have been waiting for an interview date for 2 months. I used Emma on the USCIS website. We thought our case was sitting in the VA office and found out (through Emma) that our case was transferred to CA. Luckily, after realizing it was in CA - we were at their timeline we could submit an inquiry. We submitted one and received approval the next day. Good luck to you both. It is a long difficult journey, but will be so worth it!

When I called NVC on Friday (5/21/21) I was told Lagos finally updated their processing status and had requested K1 cases. Hopefully those of us at NVC will see movement soon. Anyone waiting should definitely call NVC to find out the latest information on Lagos processing of K1s. It hasn't been easy but we will all get there soon. 🙏🏾💛
