It was sent to uscis for another11 months. Making a total of 15 months of pain and turture for me and my wife. Well i want to finally say that the petition was reaffirmed july 2019, after a long time and my appointment was september 2019. The appointment was booked by me. It was reaffirmed without an noir. I went for the interview after being asked 3 question and the co said they have all they need. And I was approved.

Hi everyone. I finally had my interview today. It was good but the co said she needs more than my divorce decree, I should mail the full divorce paper to the consulate before my visa can be issued. I'm I likely to be issued the visa. That was the only document she requested

@Edwin007 while the petition was in process, she probably should have gotten another visit in....Nigeria is not as difficult as it once was, but a little more face time would have helped because they are big on that..As far as a marriage on a first meeting, it happens quite often and people have gotten approved...As far as age, there are people I know with a much larger age gap than yours and got approved...My suggestion will be to have her attend your interview so the CO will know she is there for support...You have all the other evidence covered which is secondary, but the face time is what's going to hurt, so please tell her to at least attend the interview...Good luck on your journey!

Hi everyone, my k3 application has been approved and sent to department of state for visa processing, but my wife only visited Nigeria once and we got married afterwards. Do I stand a chance of obtaining the visa?

You don't need to worry about that, just put all your documents together...I mean including pictures that was taken.
