Just had my case approved without interview, finally!

So last week I have filed form for case outside normal time, and just received 48 month extension, means they sent that out right away. At least we don’t have to worry about traveling anymore, I’m not ready to file for citizenship yet, so we’ll wait and see if anything moves forward.

Ready for interview as of November, so annoying!!! I don’t care about getting citizenship yet, we just need few years where we don’t have to worry about any deadlines coming up, just want to get over with it already 😭 

We included lots of financial evidence and two affidavit letters, we just gave them requirements of what must be in it but they could write whatever they wanted and it was so beautiful I teared up reading it. I think if you’re able to get them, then do it, even if it’s considered weak evidence.

Yeah was able to go through with basically no wait and apparently my notice was sent and returned on march 15th as post office could not delivered it, like what??? Literally doesn’t make sense why this would happen. At least now we have receipt number and I can track it online, so there is some peace of mind

I’m so done with this,  uscis robot just hung up on me… Still nothing.

I guess we’re kinda lucky our filing time is during covid, can’t travel as often nowadays anyway.

Filled and sent on Jan 7th(two days before cutoff time 😬) they cashed the check Feb 11... was hoping this time is would be faster but i guess it won’t. 

Not sure where to post this. We paid green card fee on March 7th. I read that it takes a while for it to be delivered so I didn't bother tracking it. This weekend I looked at my.uscis and it showed it was produced and mailed and dated the day I looked it up- 13th of April. Today I looked up case status and delivery tracking-  it shows it was mailed late last month and delivery has been attempted??!! usps is horrible in my area and I never get "sorry we missed you" cards to the point i stopped ordering stuff, so I'm not sure what to even do right now. I've tried to arrange redelivery but it showed item was returned to sender

I can't get to a confirmation page to confirm.

You don’t need to, they just have confusing wording on it. But don’t forget to print confirmation page that you booked courier delivery or pick up, as they ask for it.

Find out from the clinic when your medical was sent over.

Add 3 days or so to get the results to the right person and him to get back to your case.

Add 7-8 days for the visa to get processed and turned over to the courier.

 

Lady interviewing me said they should be receiving it today or tomorrow, so probably won’t add too much of a delay. Thanks gor your help!

Lol I’m not asking for specific day and time, I’m asking for those who has this happen because I’ve seen it’s quite common.

for someone saying to me to google and think logically for once, thank you for your advice. In last 16 months I’ve googled many things believe me and about 80% of it was useless or old information.  There is a reason why i started my question with “who had this situation”. 

I had it done last monday. 1-2months? So how come it takes them straight away to issue visa if they have medical on hand that day already.  I’d rather have experience from someone who was in same situation. 

From day of interview if they don’t have medical package yet.

Who had this situation, how long did it take until visa was issued and delivered?  

Nowhere does it mention that you need to bring any form of ID apart from your passport to interview. Plus to people replying to this from other countries- in UK you're not required to carry ID on you and if you get asked you're not required to provide it. Drop your lawyer lol

Lol I think so too, but want to be prepared just in case. I'm from Lithuania. We didn't include any evidence with i130 so was thinking they might want to have a look during interview.

My interview is coming soon and I’m rehearsing possible questions in my head. We got married in usa in may 2017, while i was on esta, i spent there my 90 day allowance and we got married 5 days before i left the country. It wasn’t planned, we threw everything together in maybe a week and had small city hall ceremony. I’m just thinking of our situation and if anyone has done the same, I’m worried that they wouldn’t just “assume” . I have a lot of bona fide evidence ready with me and we were friends since 2012, but english isn’t my first language so i worried about saying something that might sound wrong

Yeah I know, I have picked courier and all that, when i go to iv website it straight away shows me my interview time and location + courier, so i'm just confused with their wording because it says please confirm date and time, as in do i confirm it to myself or do i press " confirm" button lol.
I have no idea where to check for that info to be honest. we submitted paperwork on sept 1st, then 2 weeks later got email because i requested for wrong version police certificate from lithuania, they received correct version on october 1st and on 18th we got email with interview time.

Today received that pre interview email with address and so and they have this part i'm a bit confused about

when i click on it, it opens non immigrant visa website, when i'm iv, and also what does it mean "please confirm"? because i'm already registered for everything that they asked for on that website.

Just after medical, the two page printout from gp was enough for them, even though it only provided medical history from 2013.

It seems like its different in every gp, trying not to worry and hoping what i have is going to be enough. I wasn’t born in uk so my vaccines record is from different country. 

I registered with 2 gp's since 2013 and it has information from both of them. So as far as i'm aware new gp should request and have info from old one. I'm hoping someone who's been through this is going to reply with their experience.

So after calling them 3 days in a row they printed it out today. And it says "patient summary" It has all my details and literally all appointments i had since i registered with gp in 2013. it's just 2 pages as i had 2 blood tests and couple appointments in that time, with blood test results and description of what appointment were about. Is this something that someone has brought with them to medical? was it enough? it mentions active problems, patient plan, allergies, current medication and communication within 2 months,  with "no information recorded" under all of them.

I was really surprised by it as i told them i need  only summary, they gave me piece of paper to sign saying that i might need to pay for it depending how long is it and it might take 4 weeks. Called them today again, reminded that i don't need full medical history, reception told me that i need to call tomorrow to double check as lady from finances(???) isn't in today.  So going to call tomorrow and see. Registering with that gp was a big mistake, should have believed the reviews lol
