I have seen that many people have had RFE for the letter of Intent, so I am thinking maybe that could be our case, we didn't know about that

I decided to call USCIS and I spoke to Sylvia very nice lady but not much information. She told me I should receive a response within 30 days and to cb after Jan 27th if I don't receive anything. But she said the information I receive would be inference to the inquiry not necessary anything else. After 30 days they can pull the information and see exactly what it says. Doesnt necessary mean case in review it seems like. But idk. 🤔

I am hoping we receive something before that, uffff.

It looks like we cant do anything more that wait and wait.

I am praying for all of us.

My fiance  placed ours on December 28th and last night he received the response to it.

They said that they are working on our case and we should receive a Notice of Action in 45 days .

I hope maybe they sent you a letter too and just didn't update as well.  They should get written up for that, we depend on the website updating so we're informed.

Exactly, but they are not working on it, there are people that finished their process and the page still saying IT WAS RECEIVED, hehehe.

I am asking my fiance to check his mail box everyday, maybe one day he finds something over there.

This wait is really painful, but I feel happy because they touched your case, so I am trusting they will touch ours too.

Since you left your case number here I am follow it in my phone, but it still saying YOUR CASE WAS RECEIVE, so they still sending the letters without updating their website.

OMG, well at least is a RFE and it is an easy one, the good part is that now you know that they didnt lose your case and they are working on it, I wish the rest of us that still waiting can receive something soon.

So hurry up and send those photos, I suppose you could use the same one.

My fiance called them and did the inquiry, they said we need to wait 30 days for an answer, so we are waiting
