Hey Clara, thanks for the info. I have the exact same filing date as yours, but my case was updated to "Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It" two weeks ago and stuck since.

Was your case also updated to that before approved? And did you apply for citizenship?

    Thanks!

guys just want to asked how many months will the RFE reply after u submitted it?

You should call and ask because the online system is not working. Usually they acknowledge the reply within a week of when its received.

guysbjust want to asked is there any possibility that for example u got RFE and still u received EAD and AP combo card?

Once they Receive your response they will start processing your application again. Some people have no delays with EAD due to that, but if yours is delayed you can only open a SR 75 days from when they received the response for the RFIE.

  4. Each cruise line has a resignation policy, I have worked for one myself. If this is really what you want I would advise you to file for the K1 right away and once its approved have your fiance give the cruise line the resignation notice wich can vary, the one I worked was 30 days. The cruise will still purchase yours fiance ticket to go back home.

Since you mentioned you were concerned for your fiance financially. You could also get married when your fiance ship is in the usaa. File for a IR1, and even though it might take longer, your fiance could continue on the cruise untill it was processed and resign the cruise once its time to go back and do the embassy part. This way when your fiance comes to the country she is already a permanent resident and can start working right away with no need to AOS.

Well you're lucky, mine was supposed to be completed Nov 25th.  I stopped worrying about it after talking to an officer at my biometrics, who he said they use the name entered on the 485 for the combo card, so the typo i made on my 765 shouldn't matter.

Lol, I feel your pain, I put in 4 SR before it was fixed. Never assigned. I wasnt gonna bother anymore since my interview is  next month and out of nowhere they did it.

I’m not sure if the info you got at the infopass is correct. On my reply it says the’ve updated the name on the system. I would try to call and Talk to T2 to verify that information..

Just want to update for you all here that today, I received the courtesy letter from USCIS given the fact I-693 has not been yet submitted together with I-485. At first, it scared me with its yellow color lol.

Anyone here already had done I-693 can give me an estimated cost for it please. Appreciate :x

I paid 271, all my vaccinations were up to date.

    $175 for the doctor consultation

$80 for TB test and Sifilis test (done at the doc office)

$16 for urine test (gonorreah and clamydia)
