My ROC was approved without interview on 07/26/2022. Then a few weeks later, I received my citizenship interview notice for 09/08/2022. The interview in Albany, NY was very smooth and straightforward. Unfortunately, they don't do same they oathtaking so I have to come back in 3 weeks, which is tomorrow.
Your date just opened yesterday and you already filed?
I hope it will not come to bite you later BUT you should have waited one week in. USCIS online time does not respect time zones. WE talk abut this all the time here.
Hello guys. I am a September 2018 filer from Queens, New York. I just received my interview appointment (first week of April). I was pleasantly surprised that we were scheduled very early. I believe expediting the EAD helped because I had the EAD since October 2018.

I have recently traveled on advanced parole to Canada. Upon my return into USA, the immigrantion officials took me to their office and took some fingerprints and let me in.I went to canada by air and came back via the rainbow bridge in Niagara Falls. The immigration officer attached a paper to my passport which states that it is valid for one year and that I will have to surrender the paper whenever I leave the USA and get another one on my return.I'm not sure if this is the process for just Canada or all counties. And why does its say single ise parole on it when I already have an advanced parole with multiple entries permission . Does anyone have any information on this that can help me understand better. Please let me know
