I just had my interview and got approved.Ours was 118 pages.I printed first 30 pages and last 8.Good luck.

Just wanted to shout to the visa the world here that Ling ( all 4 ft. 9 inches of her) arrived here in Seattle 9 months after NOA 1 and 3 months to the day after her interview.

Went from the airport straight to Jollibee. You other Filipino couples will know what that is.

 

Anyway off to Social Security Office tomorrow.

Good evening guys.Our Noa2 was 11th January.I know it will take few weeks untill we receive the NVC number.Since we were expecting the hole process will take less time I (the beneficiary) prepared the paperwork for the interview wich includes the police clearances from the country i used to leave and work.Problem is, it was valid for 3 months only.Should i try to renew it?It took 2 months to obtain in the first place.I want to add i have never travel back and i will also have the police clearances from my country.I am thinking since i never gone back is logical i couldn't have any criminal issues.What do you guys think?Congratulations to thoes that recived NOA2/NVC.And hold on to thoes still waiting.

You should be good,doesn't seem like a reasson for another RFe.Never heard about 2 Rfe for the same issue.Even if is difficult keep positive.

@JohnAna05823 i follow up with your case.How did u manage with the pictures?

Thank you.29 days.I updated my timeline.

221 days since NOA1.My fiance submitted a inquiry still no answer,he called also,and they said it can take up to 60 days for them to replay on our RFE.As if we didn't waited long enough.The future doesn't look promising with the NVC extended waiting time.Who would have thought that this process can take up to 1 year?This is madness!!!😢😢😢

Has anyone waited this long for RFE to be reviewed. I don't know what is going on but it is driving me crazy. All to get to the next stage of waiting months for NVC.

 

May 15 NOA1. So ridiculous

They recived our response to RFE on 14th December.My fiance submitted a inquiry yesterday.I don't think it will help much,but that's all we can do at this moment.And then ther is NVC....another long wait.Is beyond ridiculous.

This process made me go through all kinds of emotions.We passed all the dates we said to Each other.By the end of summer first we said(how naive was that)end of Autumn(naive again)ok....thanksgiving day,our anniversary,Christmas,New Year's.....NOTHING.Now i hope we get approved,NVC number and finally can schedule my interview before my birthday in MARCH.I lost hope,i don't see and end to this,it kills me they update the processing date to 1JUNE(happy for those that got approved from june,July etc,don't get me wrong,my problem is with USCIS)What about us from May?Are we left behind and forgotten?It seems that way..once they start a new month they barely work on the previous one.Why this chaos in dealing with people lifes?Why so many wrong information,why the misleading for the processing time?I have so many "WHY'S"Christmas supposed to be about love,hope,family abd bring you joy.Well it didn't for me,it only made me more depressed.

We had RFE.They recived it on December 14.Still waiting for NOA2.

Hello everyone.We send the replay to Rfe yesterday.Fingers crossed for a fast answer.Good luck to all of us still waiting for NOA2/NVC 

We decided to send additional evidence.Just to be sure lol.Talking about paranoid @Galadriel17 It does not hurt if we send,but it might if we don't.The envelope is going to USCIS anyway.

Thank you @D&T @Galadriel17 @Justmel I am gettig paranoid with this process.I will really not forgive myself if we will not send the right evidence.The adress thing is easy,he prepared the letter explaining why ther was a discrepancy.

Good evening everyone.I need your help guys.So we received the hard copy from Rfe (finally)And now me and my fiance we are having a debate.I'll atached a picture.The thing is I say they are asking additional evidence of the relationship and the intend to reside aswell.He is saying ONLY the adress thing,no extra evidence.What do you think?Thank you in advance.
