NVC never contacted me. I am the one who is calling them and they told me they received my case on 10/02 but till this day nothing no case number.

Sending in a certification by itself will not be sufficient.  The certification must be sent with the English translation.

 

Google USCIS certification translation block and use that.

I did translation of my marriage certificate by myself and it was approved without any RFE

my I130 got approved last month.

I sent copy of original marriage certificate

English translation which I did myself.

so far no RFE got approved

my case was sent from USCIS to NVC on sept 24

OCT 2nd NVC got the case

now I am waiting for the case number...

if everything goes smoothly how long it takes for the case complete. I am thinking by the end of NOV is that possible?

I requested NVC to expediate my case they forwarded the request to US Embassy but Embassy  don't want to expediate. Hope that will not cause delay in getting the case  number from NVC.

I am preparing my I 864. my income is above the poverty guidelines. total number of household size is 6 in I864 but my income is enough even if the household size will be 7.

in that case I am planning to send only 2017 tax return transcript with my I864.

will that be enough..?

if we submit tax return transcript for the recent last year 2017 only then are we required to submit W2 along with that or its not necessary?

mine was approved from Potomac. it took around 202 days

yeah according to the poverty guidelines I meet the minimum income requirement. so I don't know what's the real issue.

I am preparing I 864 for my spouse

total household size in I 864 beacame 6

my total adjusted gross income is good for the  household size of 7 that means  its above the 125% poverty guidelines. in this case do I need to include other income like my bank account balance

or if I meet minimum poverty guidelines then I don't need to include any extra paper work.

please let me know what you know

mine came from USCIS

they sms and emailed me.

and at the same time it was updated on USCIS.GOV

mine was send to NVC on 09/24.

called NVC but still the case is not in their system
