DS 260 asks for passport info but if I submit it without passport info I believe I can't add or update once it's submitted online.

If your documents are missing or insufficient after an I-130 is approved, the NVC will contact you via email and leave a message in your CEAC account. You should try to follow up quickly so your case doesn't take longer. The NVC can take at least two months to review documents
But without passport it's not possible to submitt DS260.

I130 approved for my father. NVC emailed me to upload documents. but my father lost his passport recently. so now he has put application for new passport. in the meantime can I upload I864 and other supporting AOS documents or wait for passport to come so that I can do DS 260 and upload everything altogether on same day.

the tourist visa will be denied as you have a current immigrant petition in place
tourist visas often get denied when the person has immigrant intent
parents are USC and u have a pending F4
u say u have a valid B1/B2 i would think CBP will revoke the tourist visa and return u to Nepal at POE
I am asking question regarding my friend. My friend has b1 b2 already visited US twice with no issue at the airport no one deported no issue at POE same time immigrant visa pending. If you don't know the answer then don't try to be officer here

That time applied from other country and was advised by visa officer during interview that for interview waiver need to apply from country of nationality. And visa not issued.

I am a single parent. I have a valid B1/B2 visa. I got a child 10 yrs old. if parents have valid US visa and the child is under 14 then it will fall under interview waiver. because of that I applied under interview waiver and drop all the documents and the visa status changed to this. will someone clarify what does this mean? thank you

You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV or the website for the Embassy or Consulate at which you made your visa application.

I do have immigrant visa f4 pending.
my parent US citizen who is in the US is very sick and doctor wrote a letter to allow me to visit my parent. with that letter I was able to request emergency visa interview and it was approved. my interview is coming very soon. As I have pending immigrant visa case but right now its a different scenario as I will be visiting my ill parent. what are the chances of getting tourist visa approved in this situation.
thanks

DQ’d but we received FE Notice Insufficient Income
in National Visa Center (Dept of State)

My wife's mother case got DQ from NVC today. we are 3 in the family now she sponsoring her mother total household size will be 4. when I check poverty guidelines for household size of 4 the income needs to be $39000.she alone makes $40800. so that's the reason there is no joint sponsor. but case got DQ and at the same time got this message please assist
The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos and https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: * Other income * Assets * Proof of current employment Note: You submitted documentation to the National Visa Center through the Consular Electronic Application Center CEAC. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview.
