Naes scans are from the USCIS website, so those should be the ones that still say "My Case Was Received"...
 
I see some people posting that they call to find that they are approved or getting an RFE.  ...and still others say they got a letter in the mail and in both cases the website still says "Recieved".
 
I get that they may be behind in updating their website, but seeing 946 June cases that still show "Received" makes me wonder.

This morning USCIS will receive our reply for their RFE. How will we know that they really get it, if they didn’t inform us about RFE? No emails, no updates. It’s a pity @Naes didn’t add WAC number to her updates. Do we have just wait patiently with no information what’s going on? How can we be sure that the post didn’t lost our letter and USCIS really received our response?

Hello All,
 
I'm a longtime lurker who has posted only a few times in the past. Just wanted to thank everyone in the forum for their updates, due diligence of @Naes for the constant scans, and everyone's overall positivity. It was nice to know Mike and I weren't in this wait alone and though I've never said much, a relief knowing there are so many couples sharing the same feelings as us. Our NOA 2 approval came in the mail today and I will be updating on our timeline as well. We received only the hard copy NOA2 in the mail (nothing online) and I did call USCIS on February 22nd to try to expedite our case since I'm 5 months pregnant and if I leave Mike here in Europe, I won't be able to return until after the baby is born. I got to a kind Tier 2 rep who told me call back  March 1st and check, however ironically when I did another agent told me  to wait for paperwork to prove my case needed to be expedited. Très bizarre. Anywho, Congratulations to all those who have been approved and I wish for a speedy approval of all those still waiting. I'll continue to lurk and hope to see only happy news from everyone in the future!

An hour ago when we received a letter we found out that we had received RFE on February 28. It was Day 194. No information online or on a website. Just a letter. 😔😔😔😔 August 18

Just a note to all wondering about this whole case tracker and updating--
Chances are, if you got a Silent NOA2, (you got your approval in the mail with no notification), the app will NEVER update.
We know many people from MAY who already did POE (Point of Entry) with silent NOA2 and their app still says received.
 
Don't worry so much about updating and not.
Move on. Enjoy your approval and on to NVC!

I am a long time silent reader on this thread. I just want to say thank you for all the positive comments you guys put on here. It supported my fiance and I through that long wait and I really appreciate it. @Naes Thank you so much for all your scans! They helped me get through each day. I hope each one of you get approved and soon. I understand the wait for that NOA2 seems like it'll never end but stay strong! It'll happen.
 
I am happy to say that on day 185 we were approved! I updated our timeline as well. We haven't gotten the letter in the mail yet but I got the text and email. I checked online and it showed approved. Funny part was I had just landed in Chicago from seeing her in Manila haha. We were approved 2 hours before I landed back home.

Does anyone know how long it has been taking for the the NVC to get the case and assign a number for Philippines cases?

My sincere advice is wait for 2 more weeks and if you don't get it then, they will change the website to further than August 1. Then you'll call to put the inquiry.

We got approved!! They approved us on Feb 27, and the letter came in the mail today. Aug 18 filer  No update on app or website. Wohoo!!

Hey, girl @Nikki Nik I was about to reply you when the admin closed the August topic and created a part 2. My JV timeline estimate was we are supposed to receive update on our case between March 5 to March 11 but we're told by Tier 2 that we got approved March 1.
