    we also knew traffic is bad in that area so we left 3 hours ahead of the time it should have taken   thinking we were allowing for accidents and construction and heavy traffic / nope the normal 2 hour trip there took 6 and a 1/2

     

    Write them giving all information and hope next try goes smoother

    give it a little longer as lots of summer time vacations happening now with out of state driver's and more construction than normal 

    how long it take you to get a respond??

    it was a long day, anyway we have our interview at 10 am, to get there you need an 1:30 h, so we went so early 740 a.m, 20 mile away from our destination, two 18 wheelers accident make us stuck in the long bridge  form 8:40 till 12:30 we been directed to drive the other way to get out from the interstate found another 2 accident in the highway hahahahah bad day, get to the office around 2h30 pm, the lady who do the check-in contact the officer to see if they can interview us, she said they don,t have enough time for us, they tell us to write a letter explaining why we didn't show up in time, 

     

    so anybody been in the same situation?

    yes i know but i get lost, btw who talk about k1 or other visas, some people didn't have a timeline to check what visa they have

  6. don't worry about the 90 days, i get here in Feb 16 get married in March 20, because i didn't have my vaccine in my home country i was waiting to get them after the shutdown of COVID, so i did it in mid June and send my package in July 27 and got my NOAs 12 says ago.

    so don't worry about the 90 days it's just to get married in it  

     

    and send it with UPS, USPS take so long recently
