OMG, I just realized I put in his incorrect mailing address on the I-129, although it was approved.

Now my fiance's interview is on March 4th, how do I get the mailing address corrected??

Another one, in the PH we use our mom’s maiden last name as the middle name, and there is no spot in the DS-160 for the middle name. Should I just put it in the Given Name section or just don’t mind it?

I think you can include the maiden name after the given name

it should give an example right underneath the box where you put in the same

yes, just make sure you do submit it,  they said it doesn't become officially submitted until the day of the interview I read that somewhere not sure where

Does anyone know where the Petitioner (myself) should send the I-134 Affidavit of Support? is it to the NVC or to my fiance so he can take it to the embassy when he goes for the interview?

So, I contacted  the NVC and  they gave me a case number that starts with ABD, very unclear about instructions though, they said it got assigned to an agent yesterday but they have received it.

not sure where I  have to go to get an update on when it gets sent, do i check on https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx after its been sent to the US embassy or before its sent?

Exactly!! I was so surprised! I received the  NOA2 yesterday and the status online still shows in received, so I think they update the status online manually

Yesterday I had a biggest day of my life. My cute little Mrs. Squirrel has been APPROVED! I came home late, seen the letter, and posted that gif. I was just overwhelmed to write anything, feeling of relief like no other. 

 

With that said, LOOK OUT FOR YOUR MAILMAN !!! No email, no app update, no scan update .... nothing .... just good ol' Newman the mailman. Date on the letter is June 4th Monday. 

 

Can't write much now, will fill you in on details tonight when I get home. I truly appreciate you guys, love you all and will be here until we are all gone. Thanks for accepting me as an equal!

I'm happy for those cases that got accepted, and in all honesty, I don't feel envy in any way towards anyone whose case has been approved after skipping other people's, I'm happy that they don't have to be apart from their loved one because I know how hard it is to stay so far from them and feeling like you have no control over the situation at all.  It's only USCIS's fault that its taking longer than what was advertised. But I do feel like its fishy how it takes over 6 months for them to update us and it's always generic, its absolutely infuriating to me.

Should we write to the Congressman of our city and state?

I'm sorry I'm just really sad because I haven't seen my fiance since March and now March is right around the corner again and its almost a year since I saw him in person and unfortunately not all of us are able to travel so quickly and easily across the world. Not that we don't want to, we literally are not able to.

my app says I'm at day 184, i think on my timeline I have my NOA1 date as the 8th (that's the date it shows on the NOA1), but the case tracker shows they  received my application on the 6th, not sure which date goes on the NOA1 date

I'm just going to stop checking the case status and delete the app to be honest

like it just makes me more anxious
