I had my combined interview this morning for ROC and Citizenship. My scheduled time was 8am, and I checked in at 7:58 because of traffic and preparing the baby in the morning. I would recommend for you to get at least 30 mins before your time, since there were already ~30 people waiting. When it was time for my number to come up around 9am, officers just skipped it. At around 9:50 I was called, and the officer was very apologetic about the delay, and she explained that it was because of my case and that they had to prepare more for the double interview. I asked if my wife and daughter should come in, but she said they were just going to wave that part, so no.
I got officer Biesler(?). She was very nice and easy going, even allowing time for jokes, both laughing a few times. She had me read from the iPad "Where is the White House?" and I had to write "The White House is in Washington, D.C."
As for the questions, even though they're random, they were
1. What does freedom of religion mean?
2. Name a war that the US was in in the 1900s.
3. Who's the Governor of my state?
4. Name one power of the Federal Government.
 
That's all I remember.
 
My citizenship got approved and my ROC was recommended for approval, so no same day oath. She gave me the choice of receiving an oath notice from 2-6 weeks, or setting it for May 3rd at the Tacoma Union Station. I chose the latter.
Overall a very relaxed experience. Just lame that they have to ask ALL the questions from your form again, but so is life.
 
My online status has not changed from "interview scheduled" as of now, in case you were wondering.

Sorry. She printed the instructions with the date for the Oath on it and parking and blabla. I will also get something on the mail confirming the date and the form I need to bring.

Alrighty. My interview will be on 4/3/19!

I am a 1/11/2018 filer and I just received an email that my interview was scheduled! I'll let you guys know the date tomorrow or the next day once the document shows up online.

I am exactly on the same boat, with the exception of my local office being Seattle. I also received that case transferred letter to MO. WTH?
I haven't called, so just waiting for now, but it is taking forever.

OMG! Something awesome has happened that I was preparing to wait another 6 months for. 
My Citizenship interview has been scheduled. Status updated today. Waiting for hard-copy for interview date. I'm ready for combined ROC and N-400. 
I'm so ready for this to all be over!! 

Some info for N-400 people that are also waiting for ROC:
I went and had an infopass appointment on the 28th to get a new stamp on my passport, since I'm still ROC and also waiting for N-400, and they only gave me a 6 month stamp back in September. The officer told me that despite online saying that my ROC case is at my local office, it is in fact still in California just sitting somewhere.
He also told me that I should get my interview in the next 1 to 4 months, and that since both cases are processing at the same time, they'll do a joint interview, and have to approve my ROC first to move forward with the N-400. For the ROC interview part, the officer told me that my wife needs to be present.

I've only come back by car from Canada, and the officer just told me "you're still waiting??!!"
The entire thing couldn't have been more than a minute.

I am also a waiting on my ROC. I am a September 2017 filer, but I got too impatient and saw someone that got approved via N-400 before their ROC, so here I am

The website asks you all the questions one by one, and then to upload supporting documents, each one with 6MB max size. For signing, it just asks for you to type your full name in a field.
With all that, it fills out the form automatically, and you can even download it.

The dates are also reflecting what date they were processing for the reported date, not now. At the current report, on Sept. 30th they were processing July 27th, 2016 applications.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I went by car to Canada yesterday and came back today through a Washington state's crossing without any issues, having the stamp in my passport

Only Vermont people are receiving approvals. Us CSC people are all still waiting.

For the ROC, the petitioner is the person that has the green card and needs to remove conditions, since you're now petitioning for yourself. The spouse is the US citizen.
