We don't even have 'Ready for Interview'. Minneapolis office is notoriously slow.
FYI yesterday our I-131 and I-765 status changed to " we updated your name". I'm not sure what exactly that means but it is nice to see a change. I was beginning to wonder if they lost us
-
Today our status for both I-131 AND I-765 changed to "We updated your name" anyone had this and know the time frame for actually getting the card after this?
My wife is hyphenating her name with my name, that was included on all applications and marriage license.

Big excitement for us: we've just reached 5 months with no updates to speak of! Glad to be hitting those milestones. /s
Our dates are almost identical to yours (our bio was 4-12-18). Other than " case is ready for an interview" on 6-19-18, we have also reached the 5 month milestone without hearing anything... it is exciting isn't it :)), especially when people that started a month after we did already have their Green Cards.

Hey All,
I just wanted to see who is all waiting to hear about their EAD & AP with NOA date of March 2,2018. I would love to see where everyone is at as a few people I know with NOA dates after me have already been getting notifications/their cards. Trying to stay positive but its getting to me
We are close to same time frame as you guys, NOA 3-12-18 received date. Our case has shown "ready for interview" since 6-19-18. So far no interview notice, no EAD and no AP. We are in San Diego and you are in Fresno. Since we in California are ground zero in the illegal immigration mess I am wondering if that is playing a part in the delay. Good luck!

My EAD status has changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" on July 25th. I think you're going to get an update soon!
Did you also get AP approval?

Hello March filers!!
I'm a K1 Visa holder in US and we've sent my EAD and AP applications along with AOS application on March 15th.
had my biometrics on April 13th. My AOS status has changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" on July 9th, but still no news on having my EAD/AP card after 132 days! Is this normal? And does anyone know how long does it usually take until they schedule an interview?
We live in Chicago! Thanks! We are pretty much the same dates as you except our "ready for an interview" was June 19. No interview no travel document no work permit.

When my wife received her EAD 2 days ago, she noticed that it included the AP approval. The I-131 still has not changed online...lol.
Looks like your biometrics was 6 days before ours...so there is hope!

Feb peole are just getting started lately. Mid-july is a very slim chance.
Thats what I'm thinking...trying to stay positive.

The website changed our status to "ready for interview" on 6-19-18 for I-485, no change in status for I-131 or I-765, both still say that it is been received. Does anyone know if they will be issuing a I-131 and how long that will be? and also how long it is to receive notification of when the interview is?
My wife would like to go home for a family celebration in mid July.
Once again USCIS is a frustrating organization

I am trying to find out my wife's I-131 status and request to expedite it. What number do you call for that and what is the process and requirements?
-
Hello group!
And the waiting game starts anew. USCIS received our package on 3-12-18, haven't cashed the checks yet as of 3-16-18.
Hoping that the waiting is easier this time being together, it would be great if she gets AP by late June.

Our package left NVC on 8-30-17 for Bangkok and is still showing "in transit" this seems like way longer that what others are taking. We have an attorney working on it and he says all is normal. Any thoughts?
-
I called NVC and they gave me a case number but when I go to their website and enter case number it has a popup with a couple of links and can't get any information. Anyone know why?

Call them and ask. 603-3340-0700. Press 1 for English, and then 7.
I started calling after 11 days from NOA1. It took 12 days for us.
Call in the evening after 6 pm EST - I always got through within a minute.
Have your USCIS case number ready. They will look it up. If they have your case and NVC has assigned visa case number, they will ask for beneficiary's name and birth date.
Then they will give you the NVC case number and other numbers which they will explain to you. And they are very nice to talk to.
Thanks, can you repeat the number please...has an extra digit

I TOLD YOU - YOU ARE OUT OF REPUTATION

So how do you find out when NVC receives your file and when they have sent it to the embassy ?
-
How does NVC notify you once they receive file from USCIS?

Although I don't comment much here, I do read this thread often. I see that some people are very stressed out about the process, some more than others. When Joy and I first began the K1 process our American attorney in Bangkok (with offices in Houston) told us it would be a 7-9 month process. Right now we are about 4 months into it and with a NOA1 notice date of 4-13-17 (4-10-17 receive date) we are close to getting our NOA2. From the timelines I am seeing the NOA2 will mark approximately the halfway point of having her here in the US.
For myself and Joy we have waited many years to find each other, so a 7-9 month wait to be together isn't really that long in the big picture. Everyone deals with stress differently, the important thing is that both people stay strong and positive for each other. Every relationship has stressful challenges, this is a great test and opportunity to see how you both handle a somewhat stressful situation...there will be others to deal with.
So let's all be happy that we have found love and deal with this little bump in the road in the best way possible. Now I'm off to buy a pitchfork

NOA1 4-10-17...interesting that after raising our fees in December their time frames started creeping up. At least all of our significant others will have a good understanding of how the US government works before they arrive in the good olde U.S. of A.. We're not counting on having her here until the end of the year, now even that is beginning to look tight.

New here NOA is 4-10-17. I'm glad that I am not the only one frustrated by this process...but hey at least we are all doing this the correct and legal way

Today we received the NOA for our interview on 9-24-18. The USCIS website and app still show "case is ready to be scheduled for interview".
