Just got the text this morning and according to informed delivery we are getting a letter today. Is the extension included in the NOA? We are travelling out of the country in December and need the extension.

You guys are sending 100s of documents? I suspect my entire package won't reach 100 pages. No need to go crazy, just show them you are in a real marriage.
Im at 160 pages and thats where im stopping 😄

Im about to send the packet in today and im on the east coast. Usually all the stuff gets mailed to Texas but on the site it now says to mail the I-751 to Arizona. Was that a recent change? Thanks!

YAY!!! That is great news. It should take about a week from the time the card is getting produced.
Sweet! Thank you! Gonna be buying plane tickets today to go back and visit at the beginning of Feb.

WOW! I am so sorry to hear that. It's AOS...already approved for K1, submitted the AOS documents appropriately, and then left to hang following the interview??? That is utter BS. They didn't ask for any further documents or evidence?
Yup, they didnt ask for anything else. No RFE or anything and im just stuck waiting for 120 days.

They said they had to wait for our original application to get there, i thought we were gonna have to wait the 120 days also, thats the paper we received at the interview. Hang in there and lets all hope its sooner for you. !!!!!!!!.
I think it has to do with the Baltimore service center sucking big time right now. I got in touch with another member who had his interview on 08/27 got the 120 notice and still hasnt received his response. so it makes lose all hope that we will receive any response anytime soon. The only good thing right now is that the EAD renewal packet has been received by them so hopefully they can speed that up. I dont want my wife's driver's license to expire 😭

Really? Did they say anything in the interview? I thought you get the green card in like a week, two at the most when approved. Have you reached out? Maybe it was "lost" in the mail.
All they said was "we will make a decision within 120 days"... Case hasnt updated online either. I was now forced to send a renewal for the work permit since it expires in about a month and a half.

I had my interview on the 4th and also got hit with case for review. The notice I signed basically said that i was being informed that the case was going to be reviewed and that I will get an answer within 120 days. Im so sick of playing their waiting game 😡 Waited almost a year for our interview and now theyre adding another potential 4 months.

Just got back from the interview... she said I will get a decision in the mail within 120 days 😒 Im sick of playing their waiting game 😡

A copy of the one you submitted.. That’s what i did when i had my interview.. i bring the copy of those and the original copy of the supporting documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate, passports, I-94 and others.. You’re welcome 😊
Thanks again!! Toughest thing right now for me is getting my birth certificate. My wife's certificate i still have from the AOS packet.

Hello.. Even if you did submitted those papers (medical and affidavit of support) i will advice you to bring them on your interview.. The same medical and affidavit of support that you submitted with your application.. And comply all the lists from the notice they gave you.. It is better to complete all those papers than bringing nothing or incomplete papers on your interview.. You need to be ready 100%, so that if they request some papers or form you are ready..
Thanks! Would you recommend filing out a new affidavit or just use a copy of the one I submitted?

Finally received our interview notice for October 4th!!!
I have a question they are asking for a medical and affidavit of support. Medical is still valid from the k1 I believe, and the affidavit of support I submitted with the application. Do I need to bring those into the interview again?

One can hope! But for what it's worth, my husband's changed to "ready to schedule" in January, and we're still waiting. This stage can take a while!
My case has also been on ready to schedule since January 31st. Baltimore off says processing time is between 12 to 32.5 months... If that's the case i will need to renew my wife's EAD

Hello guys! Just found this thread. Here is my current Status
- Sent my packet sometime in November 2017
- Noa Date 11-29-17
- Biometrics Apppointment 12-21-17
- EAD/AP approved 02-14-18
- EAD/AP received 02-21-18
My issue is that the last update on my case was in January. It said that as of January 31st it was ready to be scheduled for an interview. After that I havent heard anything and its gone to "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case."

Seems ive been gone from this thread for a little bit. We are now married, wife entered on October 2nd, married on the 6th, and had the reception on the 7th. Today we went to the SSA to get her SSN. Only things they really requested were the passport and i-94, the lady didn't even request to see the marriage certificate. We will be filing the i-485 at the beginning of November

hello,
case ready at NVC today , my F got an email with the instructions , we submitted the DS-160 and I have to send later today a checklist confirming I have all the documents ready and I think that's when they will let me know I can pay and book the interview . I think this is how it works for Romanian US embassy .
Or you guys could pay the visa fee before scheduling the interview?
I had to pay the fee and then I was able to schedule an appointment.

Everything will workout!
I know its so frustrating sometimes.
Are you going to book an interview or just see how things go this next little while with getting cosponsor?

Case is now ready to book the interview.... except I can't. My Fiance's whole office was terminated last Friday - out of freaking no where. And because we're quite young I think the need for proof of being able to support has got to be solid. sighhhh, soon soon
Get one of your parents to serve as a joint sponsor. Just have them fill out a separate i-134 and include a copy of the tax return, copy of passport, copy of naturalization certificate. Thats what i did, im not unemployed but on paper i didnt meet the financial requirements.

Thanks so much!!! I feel an immense weight off my shoulders... Couldnt imagine her getting denied, back in October we actually tried to get a tourist visa just so she could come and visit me more often instead of me travelling to Honduras so frequently because of work etc. When she got denied that one it was pretty bad.... So happy now!
