Congratulations! Very glad you're done. Assuming you didn't file N-400?
Nope. Did not want to spend anymore money until this process was complete. Going to wait 6 months or so before applying. I need a break from dealing with USCIS.- sweets1234, mepck and OldUser

Just got ADIT stamp before the 2nd extension expired on Jan. 03. Then received the messages from CIS saying card is ordered and I-751 has been approved. FINALLY! Had no biometric nor interview. YSC Potomac center.
That is great news! Our story is very similar to yours. YSC as well, we got the stamp on Dec 15th and extension expired on January 2nd so hopefully they get around to us soon.

Just got back on Monday through MIA with expired extension letter and stamp on the passport. We have Global Entry and the only issue we had is that since my wife's GC had expired it was not showing as valid even with the stamp. CBP officer sent us into another area to get the new green card expiration date updated into their system.

Contacted local congressman and USCIS basically told him that we must keep on waiting. I called USCIS to request a stamp on 11/10 and the local field office (YSC) has up to 30 days to call us back to set up the appointment. This entire system is ridiculous!

Over 2 years now and nothing. We are traveling at the end of the year and the extension expires in January. Contacted my congressman to see if he can give the process a nudge.

I have 60 days left on my extension letter so I called today. You have to wait up to 30 days for someone to reach out, so it's crazy that they would expect you to call 30 days before it expires.
Hold on so now you have to wait for them to call you back to set up the appointment? -

You have been misinformed by the CBP officer.
Increasingly USCIS field offices won’t provide a stamp appointment until 30 days are left on the letter, and some refuse to provide one at all.
Yup, I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a stamp and was told they couldn't do anything until 60 days before the extension letter expires. The extension expires on 01/02/2023 😩

We are travelling in December and the extension expires on January 2nd, 2023. When do you guys think we can apply for an infopass appointment and get a stamp?

Will be a long wait I think.
It's ok as long as we have extensions to travel we don't mind the wait.

Why not file N-400?
I'll just wait until we have the new green card in hand.

YSC here. I just gave up and at this point as long as I have extension letters then I'll wait until whenever they decide to get around to our application.

Plenty of us here with no updates after the initial extension letter..
Yup still no GC here. October 9th will be the 1 year anniversary of me mailing the package out and aside from biometrics I have not had any other updates.

Letter I received from YSC was the biometrics appointment for later this month.
-
Thank you! Hopefully that is what this letter is.

Checked informed delivery today and there is a letter coming from the Potomac Service Center 😱 Hopefully its not an RFE. Do they send letters out for fingerprint waivers? Case hasnt updated at all online.

Processing center is YSC. I got my biometrics appointment/waiver letter on 03/12/2021. Use this google sheet to check: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b8qNTxz14bzeqOY0Pzk-F0NAWwB42Mr9ypfpwwgm1VU/edit#gid=0
Many YSC have gotten their biometrics appointment/waiver letters.
I stopped looking at those excels because all I see is people who filed after me and have had some progress 😅

OCT 2020 SRC filer, case was transferred in Dec!
After that all quiet. Anyone in the same boat?
Have nt really heard much from the people of the same time frame.Ever since the NOA on 10/09/2020 its been crickets for me. Nothing with regards to the fingerprints, service center is YSC. All this money we pay and we don't even get decent service.

Went to the MVA (DMV for the rest of the country) with the NOA extension to try and renew my wife's license which expires on the same day as the green card. The rep looked at the letter like it was in a different language and didnt know what to do. He asked a coworker what to do and im not sure what he did but he ended up giving my wife the license that expires in 8 years 😊 Im glad I dont have to go back for that process anytime soon. This was the 3rd time we had gone to renew her license and the last time was a mess that involved a SAVE verification and multiple trips.

Filed today. Processing time started out at 9 months but it is now at 7. Not really stressing about the processing times anymore, its not like the expired green card and that stupid extension letter we had to carry around 😆
