My full current name is on the application. I have no idea why my passport never had my middle name on. Maybe I just forgot to include it on the application form for the new passport? It has never caused me any issue with travel but I just want to be careful with the visa application as I do not want anything to hold things up!  I have had to get a copy of my change of name by deed poll certificate already so I just do not want to make my name any more confusing than it already is!

A few months back we applied for my K1 visa and stated my full name including middle name on the application (I129F). I think your good.. as long as u put your complete name on the application.. but how come u don't have middle name on your passport? I suggest u get a new passport.. so u can avoid issues when u travel..

they recieved it July 10

got the text and email notification July 29 almost 12midnight.. (sunday night) 

makes me think they are working on weekends too..

I'm a ebay seller, I make my own products and I grossed 44k last year from July to Dec - I get paid through pay pal and then I deposit from pay pal to my bank account, I have record from my bank account of all my deposits from pay pal and my record from pay pal of all my payments to me and matches with my ebay account. I'm getting ready to file my own taxes with just me on them, the previous two years was a joint tax return with the ex and only her income. I didn't work. Didn't need to at the time. 

So, I wont have a letter from my "employer" however I do have a business name. I wont have a W2 or a 1099 I plan to file schedule C

so is bringing copies of my sales total from ebay and payments total from pay pal and tax return and record of all my deposits to my bank account good enough? as I made more than the income requirement. A side note, as of January this year I made over 18k so far and have prood of deposits to my bank account as well. This is sales from my ebay and website.

Just prepare ur bank statements..

Bank statement?? If ur employed u don't need it.. u just need to provide the ff ;

• 3 pay stubs

• employment certificate

• tax return for the past three years

• W2

I see.. so u haven't had ur noa2 hardcopy yet.. we got approved January 19 and got our noa2 hardcopy January 23.. i'm gonna start calling NVC on my 10th day.. cuz a lot of july filers who got thier noa2 on January 16 got thier NVC case number yesterday.. on thier 10th day..so it came back to normal.. 10days for the NVC case number 😊😊😊

NVC case number usually don't come that fast.. it will take time for the NVC Letter to arrive to ur mail.. thats why people call directly to the NVC for thier NVC case number so they can proceed to the medical

and interview without the actual nvc letter.. when was ur noa2?
