My fiancé just received a call from the consulate in Guangzhou asking for her addresss in Chinese and said she will receive a package in 2-3 days. Is this the next step after the NOA2? I never even received a case number from NVC....

We wait! It gets sent to the NVC! There they give you another case number!

should be able to use that to track the new number better? Haven't heard reviews yet!
NVC sends it to your consolate, and then they send you package 3! You send that back, they send package 4, you book interview, you get approved, you move, you get married! Badabing badaboom

VJ has this excellent flow chart and yes, you should hear from NVC but you can do like many here have done and call them first to get a head start on things.
