My noa2 says 2-4 weeks to get to NVC. Monday will be 3 weeks. So i will start calling every other day fro 2 weeks then after that everyday until i have my number. They are going to be familure with my voice im sure

I'm pulling for ALLLLLLLL of us june 6ers... all of us.   love ALL you guys.

If this were a meal at McDonald's we would complain about the service.  We paid $500+ for a service that they simply have no motivation to perform.  The staff size is the same as it was last year when the turnaround time from NOA1 to POE was 40 days.  No, they are not overworked and understaffed.  They are no longer working in an immigration friendly administration.  They are not feeling the pressure to perform because their boss doesn't care about approvals.  
 
I'm not making a political comment.  It is what it is and we are stuck dealing with it.  Good or bad, we are not in an immigration friendly climate right now.  That is what is happening.

It’s rather odd you believe people should be accepting of such a poor level of service, particularly when it’s a paid for service.
 
 I believe it’s due to incompetence at management level combined with the orange dumbo repurposing the available resources to skill based visas.
 
People not only have a right to be dissatisfied, but rather we have an obligation to voice our dissatisfaction in order to effect change. I fully intend to pursue this even after we have visa in hand. It’s not about us as individuals but the system and the thousands of people stuck in it. 

I was told it had to be withing 6 months. She got hers at the end of june.

Not trying to rain on the parade, i was so excited to get my approval too, but saddly its probably still sitting at CSC with the rest that have been approved and not been sent to NVC. Sorry, just letting go of the lonely holiday frustrations ugh.

Yes, I understand that but at least it is in a box for the CSC to think about sending to the NVC.   Then the CSC-NVC averaging ~41 days according to the tracker.  So another month and a half to wait.  Then the embassy wait.  So I am expecting Late March-Early May POE if all goes well.   But who knows I may be surprised.   I just hope the documents she has do not expire in the mean time they are only good for 6 months, and that is when VJ was predicting mid September time frame.  Sometimes it does not pay to have everything ready too far in advance.

I wouldnt stress that. As for what i put on our meeting. We met on a dating site, i didnt send any statement about the site. I put the dates we were together and where. Thats all i put, no long story or deep explination. And only sent one pasport picture of each of us. I was affraid of getting rfe too, but no we were approved. So i guess you just never know with them.

I could not even imagine my life without Aira and AJ.  If that happens we will have no choice but find another place where we can live together as a family.  This should not be this hard.

Ya i dont know if they had something hold them up or not, but that is what it took for them. And i searched june 12 i130 and nothing had been touched. So i dont know what the actual time frame is. But i guess at this rate, the money it would have saved doing it that way and only taking a little longer would have been great. This extra time has definately taking its toll financially. 
Also just like @D and T i was not notified on my NOA2 on anything. Infact i was on the phone with uscis talking to them about my case and getting the same run around. Then right after the call i just happened to check my status it was approved. 
I am hoping and praying for all the april, may, and early junies who are still waiting. May your approvals come soon.
 

Go to wallgreens or cvs and get it done. I aslo had my fiance send me copy of her passport photo through email. And they printed hers off at walgreens as well. Saves waiting for passport photos to arrive.
 

Exactly, met my fiance in hong kong for 3 days. 3 of the best days ever! Its worth it know matter how much or little time you have.

You know i was wondering that, but my friend is married to filipina, she just got here a couple months ago, he’s military and it took them almost 2 years for spouse visa.

I really hope its not 4 months after noa2. My noa2 says 2-4 weeks on it for nvc to receive. So praying it goes quickly.

Oh I cried. I'm still leaking from the eyes a little. What a long, difficult road we are all on!  And we're not done, but at least, the end is in sight.
