90 means something, not sure. next 3 digits is the working day of the fiscal year when your case is received. (10/01/13 = 001)
-
I think, you don't have to be employed to provide I-134, if you have decent bank balance or show tax transcripts & w2 that you made enough money to support last two years; if that's not enough, then you would need need co-sponsor for I-134.

I sent few screenshots of phone call logs, couple of chat logs (decent conversations) and photos of us together, in addition to passport stamping / boarding pass copy. I am not sure if it's because of that, my fiance was not asked for proof of relationship at all, during the interview.

Fiance attended interview today and after about 15 questions, got approved. Very happy. Will post details and review later. Planning to book flight tickets 20 days from now.

Fiance had medical (4 shots, xray, blood and urine) yesterday and has fingerprinting today. Hopefully will collect medical report today as well. Regarding fingerprinting, do they ask any questions, consular officers present, or do any checks? Or just fingerprinting and done?

i received letter from NVC stating they have received my petition and will be forwarded to my consulate. They screwed up my address though;luckily it reached me. I called to update, but he said he can update but has no impact as it's already sent to consulate. not sure any use in calling consulate, as it's usa address. I have already booked interviews. i also emailed the ustraveldocs about interview letter, and they said the letter is sent by consulate on December 29 to the applicant. they sent the text of it in the email anyway, which i can use it if necessary for medical, in case my fiancee doesn't receive by mail.

Is any of the divorced asked for previous marriage certificate? It is listed in packet 4. https://in.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/71/MumbaiIVPacket-4-for-Ks-January-2017-Rev.pdf

I see from samples that packet 4 lists previous marriage certificate as required. Since we are submitting divorce decrees and our names have not changed, is the marriage certificate really required?
Also, is I-134 need to be notarized for Mumbai consulate?

Hi.
I am from India as well.
Got my noa2 a month ago
Can you pls brief me the next steps to be taken. ( when todo ds160, pay fee medical, interview etc. Should we book medical t or interview.)Will highly apprecaite your help.
Thanks
You can start ds160 , but submit after getting case# from NVC. Once it reaches consulate, go to ustraveldocs.com/in and create a profile, fill out info, pay fee, enter receipt number(if you pay by neft, you will get receipt number automatically within few hours) and schedule interview. Book interview at least 3 weeks from case reaching consulate so that you will have time to get communication from consulate, and do medical as well. Do medical after getting communication from consulate as you may need letter from consulate.

Do u got any packet before filing ds160 or u just filled it after getting your case ready.?
I already submitted ds160, paid fee, and scheduled interview

I scheduled interview for biometrics and visa. 3 -4 weeks from now. Have to schedule medical. Might call on Tuesday to figure out a date. We need a letter from consulate when we go to medical appointment, right? Does it usually take a week?

I also called last night, and ran into the same thing (almost)! Tier1 was able to tell us that it had not been sent, but requested a callback for further information. The Tier2 representative was pretty confusing, and I think we have an edge case for what happened. I had submitted an inquiry when the whole date change fiasco happened (USCIS posted the wrong date on forms they were processing). Tier2 told me that when my case was approved, someone was also doing the inquiry (sounded like two different people). When this happened, somehow our case wasn't forwarded to a supervisor for final check before being sent to NVC. What I don't understand is that he put in some request and told us we should receive a letter BY MAIL between January 2nd and January 5th, but he wasn't clear on what that letter will state. We already have our approval (which on paper states November 18th, but NVC and USCIS both tell me November 20th, also frustrating). Anyone else ever have something similar happen - the application NOT being sent for a final review? It's been nearly 6 weeks, so the fact that they haven't sent it is super frustrating.
It's been taking 7-8 weeks for NOA2 to NVC. It's the new normal

NVC gives case number and invoice number. what is the invoice number for? when you make visa fee payment, do you provide the case # or invoice #?

Just got a really weird response from NVC Research:
"The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry and is ready to accept fees, documents, and forms in support of this immigrant visa application. We will send detailed instructions to the petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record soon."
Did other people receive this too? I submitted an inquiry to them 2 weeks ago and they said they didn't have it, but then I got my case number on the 20th. This is the first email I've gotten from them since then.
if you had sent an email to NVCResearch before, they are just responding to let you know they have received it from USCIS. you can ignore it. I got one as well. It's late and useless.

What to do next now?? Mine too in Mumbai.
submit DS-160, schedule medical, biometrics & visa interview (after paying fees). collect all supporting documents, if you haven't done already.

quick question. Both my fiance and me are divorced before. Is it enough to submit divorce certificates, or is it also necessary to submit the original marriage certificate?
-
Mine also changed to Ready from 'At NVC' overnight. May be they are sent electronically now.

Just checked my case status at NVC this morning and it says 'Ready'. #######? it said "at NVC" last night.

Did you mean 5 days because it says sent and received just 5 days apart in December...?
nevermind. I see the time accounted for includes from NIA2 Approval to it actually being sent.
May I ask you a question though please?
Does your Noa2 copy state that it has been sent to the NVC?
Thats what mine says but I’m hearing a lot that they ship in batches so I don’t believe it’s actually been sent.
thank you
It would say something like that, which is the template for approval, but it doesn't mean it's actually mailed.

working day means not weekday. just add the number of days from Oct 1. e.g. mine is WAC1790331xxx
331 - May 16, which is when USCIS received my I-129F petition
