Just woke up to an email! Interview scheduled for march 26!!
 
nothing from EAD or my request to expedite that.. 

Got a text this morning saying  "Your I-485 interview is scheduled for 3/21/2018" 
Should get the hard copy next week.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!  We've finally received our interview date!  Still no movement on EAD/AP, case is still in it's initial 'received' status.  I suppose it serves little to no purpose at this point -- anyone know if it's best to just wait to obtain driver's license, etc after the interview when the green card is in hand?  I'm assuming the drivers license will be set to expire in one year based on the EAD expiration?  Hope you all have updates soon!

1/31/18 - Ready for interview to be scheduled
2/14/18 - Interview scheduled for 3/21/18 (Raleigh)
 
 

My case just got updated and interview is scheduled on March 15, so that letter is definitely the interview notice.

Maybe they mailed it, emailed it, or did not do anything. My personal experience.

When our SR was marked 'complete' on January 12, our card went into production 3 days later on Jan. 17. We never received the 'response' from the completed service requests, all we did receive was the EAD/AP approval letters later the following week with the approval date of January 17. 
 
Hopefully it means your card will be produced very soon as well!

No EAD for me yet..  You can see my timeline if you click on the word timeline that shows up on the left of this post (is the last info/option under my country flag)
you should also fill out yours.. it helps visajourney create estimates on when everyone's EADs, approvals, etc will be processed.
 

First, I did the same thing.. went ahead and visisted my SSN office and received an updated SSN card.. and I am worried that it may slow down things with USCIS since I checked the "yes I want a new SSN card" in my form. But that is a risk I decided to take because I needed some proof of name change at the moment.
 
Second, I believe the mysocialsecurity account is not available for restricted SSNs.. once you get your green card and you become unrestricted, you will be able to create one of those accounts.. so you will need to find another way to verify what you need.
 
I've never tried the E-verify myself but one of my past employers did use it when I was in the US as a student, and they told me they had issues too.. I dont know how they were able to verify, but they did.  I even got an email telling me that someone was checking my employment eligibility..

Thanks! I really hope this will lead to something as the supervisor said he has some special channel to  contact to NBC. Maybe this is it.

I think the WKD is the code they use when the request is made by a tier 2 or maybe because is an important matter?
I had a WKD Service Request assigend whenever I kept calling USCIS and after 2 months of filing they couldn't even find my name on the system..
I recently tried expediting my EAD too and got assigned a T1 (since it was made through a Tier 1 officer?)

Is WKD some special code for the supervisor? Will this really be looked at by NBC in 2 days?
 
I have another T1DXXXXXXXXXXXXXXMSC still pending, which was due two days ago and it is still not looked at yet.

No, nothing. Called everyone I could, still nothing. (My potential employer has been waiting for about 1.5 months since they extended the job offer in writing. Today I got their ultimatum.)
 
 

Hello guys,am so frustrated and tired of waiting for my EAD.my pd is nov 3rd 2017  so today marks 99 days of waiting  2 unanswered service request and l even spoke to tier two officer who told me my case is still sitted in National benefit center missouri my reciept number start with msc.to make the matter worse,my case is still reading "case was received " l did bio december 1st that was not updated.l have no rfie..how long do l have to wait,am tired of sitting iddle in the house!

I think the postman (or woman) should put confetti in our mailboxes when the approvals arrive too!

My name has never been on the mailbox and I've never had that happen.. 
But just in case that is what the section "in care of" will come into play We dont want that letter to be sent back AGAIN!!!

Today my status for adjustment of status is changed to "case is ready to be scheduled", but no change for ead and ap yet

OMG, we just got approved!!!!!!!
I know that most of you are with your entreviews, or NVC .
But I really feel happy that finally they approved us after this long way and I wanted to share it with all of you.
I can't even write this or continue working.

So still no updates for me... getting very frustrated since I see plenty of people filing weeks after me getting their EADs weeks ago or their AOS ready for interview.. I put in a case inquiry online last week, they will get back to me by Feb 17th..
I had thought I hit the 90 day waiting time today, but someone told me weekends and holidays don't count since the office is closed, if that is the case, I am only around 61 days pending...! 54 days if they paused the case because of my RFIE and until they received my response. And I still have yet to receive a notice that they received my requested documents... They are really taking their time. 
Trying to be optimistic but today is one of they days I am not. Just so frustrated. 

Just the courtesy notice about I-693 and to await further instructions on when to submit. All good!

I just wanted to say hi! I have been posting in another thread called December 2017 AOS..  not sure if there is any minor difference idk about but well!
