I wish I receive it, as it means at lease they are working on your case! Do you remember, did you apply in the beginning of July 2019 or in the end? Thanks
Mine was received July 17 2019
I believe they don't go by exact day but more by month. December first (yesterday) market month 17 for all of us.

I just received an email requesting more evidence. I send a lot of evidence so not sure what else to send but at least cases are processing.
December 1, 2020 Request For Additional Evidence Was Sent On December 1, 2020, we sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxx. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by December 16, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Congratulations and amazing this worked for you.
I tired to submit a request too online but the system says that my case is within the normal processing time did you request the expedite online?
wishing all good luck!

Hi All, a rookie here so need some tips from you guys.
- WAC/California Case
- I-751 NOA July 2019
- Biometrics Feb 2021
- Current Status: Fingerprints taken.
- N-400 Not filed yet
Questions:
- Is it a good idea to file for N-400 Citizenship application ? Can this actually delay my Greencard ? Given my timeline, is it good idea to wait it our or just go ahead and do the N400 application ?
- Is there a way to check approximate timelines on the I-751 processing times for WAC?
- Is there a way to check approximate timelines on the N400 for WAC ?
You are already in line.
Filing N 400 will not accelerate your case.

Do you have any information you'd like to share or you're just guessing?
As said many times before there will not be any furlough and job cuts.
"The House on Saturday unanimously passed a bill to provide emergency funding to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the primary agency running the nation’s immigration system that is set to furlough roughly two-thirds of its employees at the end of this month."

The media needs to write stories to get paid. The government will release funds in August with the second stimulus check.
Please stay positive and believe me.

Doest it mean no furloughs in August and we can breathe again?:)
As mentioned before there is not going to be a furloughs. Its the media that hype this topic.

That's concerning. And It's only going to get worse after August. What's the name of the Facebook group?

Yes, I just showed you.
They receive a notice which is required by law to send. However furlough will not take place.

No,
If anything, it's recommended to apply for N400 as soon as possible
who recommended it?

And Today I received another NOA from YSC (Potomac Service Center). It is exactly same as 18-month extension letter except that this Notice date is 06-23-2020. Why did they send me another NOA?
All though I wish everyone fast processing. I am not sure if applying for n400 is a smart thing to do. All these additional requests will just take you from your queue into another one. Good luck

when are the USCIS offices opening? are they scheduling interviews right away
how do you think anyone will know?

California processing time went up to 14 - 27.5 month. Honestly I believe we should be receiving interview or the card by the last quarter of this year.

As i had mentioned before the new immigration policy will not impact us. Trump just signed the 60 day policy. This will take workload off current immigration officers and help us boost our files.

Wait until it official. If Trump crazy enough to stop issue GC for anyone doing AOS in US, I'm pretty sure there will be thousand people gather in front of White House and asked him to step down. This executive order possible just stop embassy oversea issue immigration visa in an amount of time.
Again. Its for new green card issue. This will not affect current green card holders.

It might affect us, I heard this temp law is about to stop issuing citizenship and green card. I hope I am wrong.
This is to halt new green cards you dont have a new green card you already have one. If trump suspends issuing new green card this will boost our process. More workforce to process existing cases.

USCIS to launch nationwide telework program amid coronavirus spread

What is your thought on the virus? I just heard that parts of the Italian government have shut down work due to the corona virus.
I hope we can control it and this does not have an impact on our pending applications.

Hello guys!
Mailed on Saturday 20th July, was received on Monday 22th July, Phoenix lockbox, signed by T Wright.
Now I am worrying a little bit about the filling date. My GC expires on 10/18/19, the application was signed and mailed on 07/20/19, looks like everything is good or should we do it 1 day later?
Good luck to everyone!
If you file to soon they will defect it - do it during the 90 day window
