Our packet (joint) was delivered to TX by UPS on 7/28 (required a signature and the proof of delivery says 'SIG ON FILE' - left on Mail Room) and they have not cashed/deposited the check. Still no text/email notification either. Is it normal that it's taking this long before they open the packet? I'm getting a little worried now. Also, we're available to apply on 7/25.

It was issued since 10/6, my interview is 10/3
She told me she was able to track it with the UID from her visa appointment confirmation

Mine still says invalid at 2go website up to now
She was approved 9/27 and got her visa on 10/5. She was able to track it with the UID from her visa appointment confirmation, i think.
if you check the ceac tracker, does it say Issued or Administrative Processing?

For tracking passport/visa delivery in Philippines, my fiance used her confirmation number from the embassy to track her 2Go package (MNL and passport numbers didn't work), so try that instead.

Is this normal? I just checked the ceac website for status and it says Administrative Processing. Not sure what this means but it says it may several weeks but the Consul told my fiancee that she was approved and will have her Passport and visa within 7-10 business days. He even gave her a pamphlet, instructions how to register for delivery and things about domestic violence.
Also, how can we track the visa delivery?

I am writing to authorize (beneficiary's name), my fiancée, obtain my CENOMAR on my behalf, as I am not readily available to do this on my own at this time
if you have any questions or concerns please feel to call me at (number), or email me at ( email address)
thank you very much for your time and consideration

I couldn't attach an image so I just tried to type it here.
Also, scan your valid id. Make sure your signature is match and the same with your valid ID..
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

If that's the case then you might really need the CENOMAR. :)) There's nothing wrong with getting it, just in case the CO will ask for it.
It is the US EMBASSY who needs the CENOMAR. They only want to make sure you are not or did not marry here 😂
I asked my friend who also did the same thing, i am still waiting for her reply.. I'm your fiancée can go to PSA office and request one.. they are not very strict there. I'm gonna ask about this from my friend.
Yup, thanks! I just saw your timeline btw, congratulations on your approval!

Oh My Gosh This is just chicka chicka talk in the lines outside SLEC They talk and talk and compare fiance's, embellish, brag, and invent all kinds of stories. I suppose it's fun, in some sort of convoluted way?????? Regardless, Stay the course
The petitioner has already been verified by uscis - one of the many things in that loooooong process. Your CENOMAR is already established or yuou would not be this far.
Thanks!
28 minutes ago, Yzabelle said:Hi! BIG YES. You need a cenomar. How old are you when you moved to the US? if you are Filipino, you grew up here and just moved in the US, you need to get one.. even if you did not grew up here, you should provide one because some consuls asks for it . That's based on what I have read. Some who did not provide it, get 221G During the interview. It's very easy to get the Cenomar, your fiancée can get it for you. Goodluck!
This is what I'm talking about..i get a no and a yes! It's sooo confusing.. lol
I came here when I was 14 and became a USC 5 years ago. So maybe it depends on the consul since I was a Filipino citizen yeeeaaaaaarrrs ago, there's a chance that they might ask for it.
Anyways, thank you both! I guess I'll just have her get it just in case. Do I need to provide an authorization letter for her to get it? Maybe she can just print it out?

My fiance just finished her medical today and thank God everything is normal! She told me that I need a CENOMAR for the visa interview as well (someone she was talking to said that to her). From what I know and read, the US Citizen petitioner doesn't need to provide that. I looked around online and saw some said yes and some said no. Which is it? I'm a naturalized citizen if that makes any difference.
Also, her interview in on the 27th! a couple more steps and she will be granted a visa, in God's grace!

Ok!!! So after posting last week and complaining yesterday on here that I haven't received my NOA2, I received it this morning!!! 🕺🏾🕺🏾🕺🏾 So where I live, the mailbox isn't so close to my building so I only check it a couple times a week. Yes I'm lazy so what lol. So for some reason last night something told me to check the mailbox after the kids went to bed. At that point I was too tired and decided to check this morning. And sure enough it was in my mailbox!! Ok, so I signed up for email and text notifications and obviously that doesn't work. I got the letter in the mail!! My kids said it looked like I won the lottery! I was kissing the letter and everything 😂😂. It was dated 7/31. It takes a few days to a letter from Cali to Boston so it may have been there a day or two. I want to do the running man right now!! So I go to call my fiancé and I can't reach her 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏽♂️ I was hoping to share this happy info and she has no signal right now. Those with relationships in the Philippines can relate lol. Anyways, thought I'd share this with you guys! On to the next steps!
Congratulations!!! so true about the signal! lol

Yeah. I wasn't expecting to get anything from them so I was surprised when I saw the mail.
Anyways, there's a case # but does anybody know where can I find the IIN and BIN?

Ditto, November unless I can make it earlier. But without that golden ticket, who knows?
Hope the rest is smooth for you.
Thanks. I hope yours will go smooth as well. Don't worry, your noa2 will be there before you know it! If my fiance gets her visa way before november, thatll be great. That way, she'll be before winter starts

Got NOA2 from the mail today!!! thank God! NOA1 was 3/27 and NOA2 was 7/21 (Tracker still says case was received, so don't trust your trackers, guys). Hoping and praying that everyone else still waiting for their NOA2 will receive theirs soon
-
Hello everyone! first time posting here but I've been lurking for a while now. Anyway, I received NOA1 with a notice date of 3-27-17 and i should be expecting to have the result between today and next week. I checked the UCIS status with the receipt number and it's still saying 'Case Was Received' (3-21-207). Is this site mostly updated or did I miss something here? Hopefully, it's just not up to date

Yup, Thanks. Just checked my bank transactions again today and saw the USCIS cash checked in pending transactions. Hoping to get the letter for extension soon.
