Exactly - it's horrible...as I said in an earlier post, I wish them well. I really do. But how are they jumping the queue? I understand one or two people, anomalies happen - I get it. But it literally seems like everybody who filed before 2018 has been forgotten about. If you go to the processing times on here for AOS, there's been no interviews scheduled for 2017 through our office in months - yet there's been 5 scheduled for January/February filers in the past few weeks.

According to their posted processing times, yes - I just don't understand the logic of it. It would help if there was some transparency and I could understand why some cases take 3 months and others take 12 months and so forth. The last update I got was September 17 where it changed to 'Ready to be scheduled for an interview'.
It really sucks when some people have had their K-1 interview, moved here, got married, submitted AOS and been approved all since you last got an update on your case. All through your field office too.

That's awful.
I'm trying to be patient but it's tough when it feels like you've been left behind. Nobody, USCIS, congressmen etc. are giving me any answers and they expect me to wait up to 20 months which they're saying is standard processing times when now it seems if you file you don't even need the EAD/AP.

FYI... my case status has not changed, but I received my EAD in the mail today.

Just checked my case numbers for fun, and my case number for my EAD says its in production as of yesterday (Nov. 15th), a week before my interview with USCIS. Is this normal?

OK, did a full Jan scan, and there are 18 approvals showing for today, through the status checker. I don't know if that means that whatever it was has been corrected. We shall see.
