Today my status updated to “New Card being produced” we did not have an interview at all and have been waiting since Sept 2019 (YSC).
We have a pending N400 as well since Sept 2020 but no updates on that yet.
Can i assume that the N400 will not be a combo since they went ahead and granted me permanent status with this update?
We are a YSC as well and are still waiting. This gives me hope that we may hear something soon.

I've been wondering about this too! No updates on my case since May when they applied my old biometrics to this application; no transfer of case, no "ready for interview" etc. A bit nerve-wracking!
We are in the same boat. No updates since January 2020. It is getting frustrating that there is still no movement. Not sure what the next step is to get some info.

Has anyone with YSC been approved yet? Seems to be no movement whatsoever in this service center.

Any YSC Potomac filers? I'm about to hit the 1 year mark and no news
There don't seem to be much happening with YSC judging from this YSC thread
We are YSC as well and no movement. Really hope that we will start seeing some soon! Ready to have this process over with and we are supposed to fly to England in December and would really love for my husband to have his 10 year and not have to worry about the paperwork required to travel.

Whyyyyyyy does it seem that YSC does not seem to be moving at allllll? Good gracious. Happy to see all of these other cases moving tho! Gives me some hope that we may hear something soon!

I'm a YSC applicant, and I too have gotten no news since fingerprints appointment in January. My date was 9/6.
Why is there no estimate for YSC on VJ?
We are YSC also and no movement on our end. Seems that YSC is not processing them the way the other centers are.

Anybody getting any luck out of the YSC center? I don't seem to see much from there and that's where our case is sitting.

Cool, didn’t want you getting wrong information based on being in a wrong forum
I appreciate it!

This is an ROC forum
Yep. That’s what I meant. My bad. Been so long, I’ve forgotten what part of the process were in. Lol. Anyways, I noticed that the cases were a mixture of all different visas. Which makes sense why a bunch are approved and cards received already :)

What does "card was delivered to me by the post office" mean? Isnt that the final 10 year card? There are a ton of those after our case.
Wait. I am seeing now. These are all a mixture of different cases. They are not all AOS cases.

Just ran a few numbers to see where things stand at the YSC center. There are a bunch of cases where cards were mailed starting about 65 cases after my husbands. Hopefully we will hear something soon!

Hello September Filers,
Has anyone received their Biometric notice yet? I filed my ROC September 28, received my NOA1 in Early October and since then I've heard nothing. Is this normal?
Best,
J/G
My husband just got his last week. His biometric appointment is on Wednesday 1/8. Feels like it took forever.

Still waiting for biometrics appointment to be scheduled.... I feel like it is taking forever this time around!

Wow my husband's GC also expires 12/14 and it looks like we had our interviews on the same day, 12/14/2017, so we're literally on an identical timeline! Your evidence looks great, good luck
That's awesome! I saw that your package was delivered on Thursday.. ours was delivered on Friday. I will be curious to see how our timelines match up during the process! Good luck to you!

Sent my husbands packet off on Wednesday the 18th. It was delivered on Friday the 20th. Now just waiting for the check to clear and to receive a notice that it was accepted.

I also agree with TransferWise. That is what my husband and I used often when he was still in the UK to transfer money back and forth. The rates are by far better than anywhere else.

You will be fine. We had the same thing. We got married on Aug 4, 2017 and my husbands AOS interview was December 14, 2017 so we only had 4 months of "proof" to bring. We brought pretty much the same thing that you did plus 2 photobooks that I made on Shutterfly. One was of our dating journey and one was from our legal wedding. We also had a wedding reception planned for 2018 so I brought the venue information for that but they never looked at it. The interview ended up being super casual and she really just talked to us more than anything. Just be confident and you will be fine! Good luck!

Hi All,
We are about to file my husbands ROC. Just getting all of my ducks in a row now. His GC expires on 12/14/19 so his filing window opened yesterday.
Here is what we are including so far.

- Copy of Marriage License
- Copy of a voided check with both names on account
- Copy of tax returns with joint filing for 2018
- Copy of bank statements with both names listed
- Copies of car insurance ID cards with both names listed
- A copy of our airline reservations for our trip to England to visit family
- Receipts from our trip to England. Hotel receipt in husband’s name, Car rental in my name
- Copy of our son's birth certificate
-
Pictures from 2017-present including:
- Family vacations
- Photos with our extended families
-
Our wedding reception on our one year anniversary, August 4, 2018
- With both my family and his family who visited from England
- Our pregnancy journey
- The birth of our son on December 28, 2018
- Our trip to England to visit family in June 2018
I think I am going to roll with it. I can not wait to be done with this immigration stuff for a while! This last two years went by so fast! Good luck to everyone in the ROC process!
