  1. hello everyone,

we need your advice please. My wife was approved for emergency advance parole for 90 days but we noticed after we left the office that the month for the expiration date was white out and the officer initialed next to it, Also there is a part that I guess he was suppose to write the expiration date but he didn't and he didn't write the place of birth. I attached copy of the document please look at it, we just need to know if it will be issues when she is returning to the country because of this.

  3. Hello everyone,

we need your help and advice, my mother in law is sick and my wife needs to go visit her. We are planning to submit  an AP with medical letter from the hospital to expedite the process. what is the fastest way to get it approved. can we go to the field office and submitted there? some online blogs states that we can go to the field office and submit all documents and they can grant it on the same day, is this true? Also how long is she allowed to stay out of USA on AP?

    Thank you.

    Hello Everyone,

we need your help please. we field for our AOS on May, 2018 but didn't submit AP. from watching how the process is going, seems like we still have a while until we get interview so our questions are:

    - should we bother to file for AP since the process take 4 to 6 month and we might get interview before that?

    - would it effect the I-485 process?

    - how long is the applicant allowed to be out of country if they travel under AP?

thank you foe all your help.

  5. We are so frustrated. We even asked the lady if something wrong with the card and she said no. the other solution is to apply for the DL and they give us a phone number to call and setup an appointment with an investigator to verify the card is good but she said it will take 6 months or more. We are going to call USCIS today and ask if what they said is true regarding the information not in the database yet.

  6. Okay, we went to a different DMV office yesterday and the same happened there. the lady said when they try to verify the EAD card they get no authentication message and we asked what does that mean she said it could be because the card is new and the information is not in the system yet and she said to wait up to 30 days. so we don't understand how UCSIS issue a card and the information is not uploaded in the system yet. any advises? anyone here went to get their license few days after they received the EAD card?

    Thank you

  7. Hello everyone,

we received my wife’s EAD and we went to the DMV to apply for her drivers license and everything went okay until they tried to validate the card. They get a message “card not authenticated” the lady tried all different computers they have but all getting the same error. They told us when need to contact immigration. Anyone experienced this before??

    thank you
