Sorry, it sounds like a total scam. She wants to come to the USA, if she was really interested in meeting you she would be willing to meet in Kiev.
 
I have heard of this scenario from the eastern side of Ukraine, and I have seen emails with the exact same scam, they have a travel agency that can get them a international passport, book airline tickets and get the tourist visa.
 
The biggest red flag is that her photos are on a scammers website (provided that they really are her photos).
 
I would be willing to bet that if you cut and paste a few lines out of her emails and searched google the exact wording and phrasing would pop up in the search results. Most times the scammers are using template letters that they send to everyone.
 
Do yourself a favor and do not contact her anymore, it will only lead to a loss of money for you. Look for a woman that wants more than some quick money!

I am not accusing, I am just saying, consult a lawyer, this is something that could go really good or really bad, real quick.
 
Immigration is not something you want to play with nowadays.
 

I am not that far from tampa florida, have you tried to apply to social services for help> money and food assistance? it would be easy for you to qualify, as far as places to move well that could be difficult to offer suggestions based on your child's condition.
 
My recommendation is go down to social services in Hillsborough county and apply for wic or ebt, that would help you out in the meantime until you can figure out what you need to do for yourself and your child.

You came back in on a visa that technically should have been cancelled since you were removed from the country. you need a lawyer and need to gain entry the legal way because from what I just read you are here illegally and any attempt to AOS would be pure fraud.
 
What could make it worse is that after you were removed from the country you re-entered and misrepresented yourself to CPB,

Irregardless of embassy, it is clearly stated what the OP needs to do to comply. It would be one thing if given a 221g with AP. That's not the case. There is no need to speculate about anything that the OP has not been told about. He can simply return the passport to them when he has the documents. I asked you if there was a basis for your claim and so far you have given none other than speculation. Until told otherwise the simple act of returning his passport awaiting documents, means nothing other than the embassy awaiting documents.
