Thank you! First of all I hope they'll approve my visa 😩 And then the second I get the passport with the visa back  I'll book a flight for the next day and I'll be gone and live a happy life with my then husband! So yea .. hopefully August haha

You can relax about NVC. NVC, more less only assigns a number to our file and forwards to the Embassy. If you are able to receive NOA2, you will receive an interview at the Embassy.

I know of packet 3 instructions but what's in packet 4?

1040 is a US federal income tax form. Note that most people use form 1040 to file their annual income taxes, but there are several other income tax forms that are used, and it depends on how money is earned. Someone who owns a corporation might file a schedule K-1 or an independent contractor might file a 1099-MISC. 
 
W2 is a summary of income earned and taxes withheld for the entire year, and is provided by an employers to their employees.
 
A pay stub, or paycheck stub is given to employees each time they receive a paycheck and is a summary of gross income, withheld taxes, and net income for that pay period. 
 
So basically, these are 3 different items. And each item is required for the I-134. 

once you receive your case # you got this webiste: https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx and track your case until it says ready
 
in the interim you should start your ds-160 form: https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ <<< its pretty lengthy so do while you have time and all your documents at hand. this is for the beneficiary to complete- you can save the application until your case status on the CEAC website says ready. THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL YOU SUBMIT. 
 
once ds160 is submitted you pay the visa fee and schedule your interview 
 
start gathering all the documents needed from the petitioner now- w2's , letter from the bank, letter from employer, proof of relationship, 2nd letter of continued intent to marry(to be signed by the petitioner), i134 form(to be signed by the petitioner), original birth certificate and a copy (beneficiary), police certificate (beneficiary), immunization/ vaccine card..... etc... its wise to start gathering as early as possible to avoid delays when interview scheduling time comes around. 
 
 
NOTE: the documents required and the process differs from embassy to embassy but is fairly similar.

I received my case # yesterday, so hopefully in a few days the case will be sent to the embassy. 

Be careful taking vaccines before the medical appointment - if u need any again when the medical comes around u can't take them until a month after the last set u took.

Ive been laying low but just wanted to give a quick update. First and foremost, to everyone still waiting you all have been in my thoughts and I know you will be hearing back any second now, just keep strong and also in prayer🙂. Secondly, my fiancé had his medical exam last week and will be having his interview in a couple weeks. Hope everyone's process has been moving along and I'm here to help anyway I can. Hope you're all doing well! 🤗

Lol ooh ok I'm anxious to know what they were asking him.. how far are you with your petition when is your interview? Actually I think we have to go through administrative processing I heard so I'll wait for that and then wait until he gets his visa IN HAND

On the desktop site if you go to "account settings" under your picture in the top right - there is an option there to edit your signature

Call your embassy for which the visa was issued and ask to check on the status. If it's cancelled they would see it in their system.
 
However, I wouldn't recommend traveling based on your situation. As it was stated earlier, the K1 visa is intended for a one time entry in order to get married in the US. You will be out of status if you don't do so before the visa expires. If your fiancé/ex-fiancé told you that it's over and doesn't want to marry you, then you run the risk of him trying to report you if he really did cancel the visa.
 
During your POE at the airport, you will be asked questions in regards to the purpose of your entry and since you do not know what is currently going on, you in other words, would be lying about the purpose of your travel.
 
So first, call the embassy to check on the status and go from there. Because no one knows the whole reason for your fiancé backing out on you, it's hard to give advice about something like this. But IMHO, you would be taking a huge gamble to use the K1 visa if it's not cancelled should things not work out between you and your now ex-fiancé.

So why are you going? If he has cancelled the visa I can only assume he has decided he no longer wants this relationship. I could understand it if he just didn't feel ready for marriage but still wanted to maintain a relationship with you and maybe think about marriage in a few years. But if he is done with this relationship it's going to be a very miserable visit for you. Any break-up is hard but there comes a time when you just have to accept that this one wasn't meant to be. Don't chase a lost cause.
