Oh my god my fiance just messaged me and we were approved! I was super nervous for the interview for some reason, so I spent like an hour just curled around my phone. It went super quick for him, he said literally maybe 20 minutes maximum between each spot. And no questions about my joint sponsor (was super worried) or really anything about us. Just glances through the paperwork and approved!

I've been away for a bit, focusing on settling into my apartment and waiting for the embassy to email us back. They did about 10 minutes ago, and we've got an interview date for the 29th of this month! I'm both excited that it's so close, and very nervous.

Three very exciting things happened today. I sent a quick email probe to the embassy about our case not being received yet, and bam an hour later it was there. Not sure it was the email, but hey it's there! And my fiance is in the middle of his medical right now. They want another letter from his psych (he did have one but I guess they want more info or something) but it doesn't look like it should be an issue other than gumming things up a little timewise. And, I moved into our new apartment today! It's still barebones because no furniture has been delivered yet but it'll be our home soon.

Oh, we both misunderstood what the doctor meant. He has to give his psych a letter, but the psych doesn't have to send anything back. So once blood and xray stuff come back, medical is cleared! Waiting on embassy for interview date, hoping it's early/middle September.
 
It breaks my heart to see everyone still waiting on their NOA2s, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. It goes pretty quick once you get it, and all the waiting just kinda gets forgotten. I'm praying for everyone to get theirs next week!

I'm hopeful that my case will be delivered to the embassy this week! Maybe even today. My fiance has his medical scheduled for the 11th, which funnily enough is the 10th here and the same day I'm moving to our apartment. Hopefully that means I won't be as stressed over his medical since I'll be stressed about unpacking lol.

As long as everything works right (Which at least the NVC has a better track record than USCIS), your case will go from "At NVC" to "In Transit" once they've sent it off to the embassy. Sadly the processing time appears to be all over the place for that.
