It doesn't mean they'll get the answer they want, its probably more usual that it ends up not being beneficial, or by the time you get an answer your case is being processed anyway, so I wouldn't get too distraught about it.

Very true, mine that I filed on 7/28 still remains unassigned and unanswered yet I received approval 8/22

So I received my hard-copy NOA2 in the mail today. I thought hmm that's fast being that I only got the electronic approval notification on Thursday. On the electronic notification it states my case was approved as of 8/23 but on the hard-copy it says notice date 8/22. Anyway just pointing out the little discrepancy there and thinking back on the couple days before my approval. How I was so anxious and stressing out when unbeknownst to me, I'd already been approved. Guess I will go update my timeline.

Hang in there guys. Even if you haven't yet heard anything, you still may be approved. Hoping all of you still waiting get some good news soon.

Oh no. The marriage certificate must be translated into English. I'm not sure how long it takes after RFE received. But I do hope that the letter reaches you by mail quickly so that you can move forward in this process. Best of luck to you.

Thank you! It's coming soon...hang in there. I was just looking at cases last night on my tracking app and got sad because there was others PD 12/12 that were approved. But I said to myself have faith, it will happen and then look at the wonderful news I was woken up to this morning. 

Hi all, I just got my approval notice this morning via text, email and tracking apps . I was approved yesterday...YAY!!! I will try to browse through this thread before I start asking a ton of questions. Just happy to finally be here after waiting 8.5 months for approval.

Yes my status online has been updated. I got at least 10 text messages and also both apps I used notified me.  However, one of the apps notified me about 30 mins after I got the texts and the notice from the other app

Yes, I was thinking who in the heck is texting me this early in the morning lol, because no one evers texts me. Then I thought about what the other member said and jumped out of bed to check the phone lol.

I thought about another member saying he got a lot of texts when he was approved so I jumped up and grabbed my phone over on the nightstand. I said a prayer before I checked...APPROVED!!!! 

It was approved yesterday after 255 days. Boy has this been one helluva wait. Feels like ten thousand pounds have been lifted off my back. The hardest part is over. Hang in there guys it will happen. Sending positive approval vibes to all.

Im going to immigration today in the city where I live so I'm praying to get answers from someone there verses making calls getting the same old story of " be patient" OR telling me I'm in the process timeline. 

Nebraska os definitely being talked abt and after I leave there I'm meeting with congressman and senators here as all us Nebraska filers of sick of being placed on back burner. We see others getting approved from other service centers and it's sickening now...Frankly I'm tired of all this delayment...

I saw those too. I am hoping this week or next for good news. My poor estimated adjudication time on my timeline is past the date listed there ...STILL WAITING

They are really behind. My PD is 12/12...I'm still waiting too. However I did get a couple updates recently on the tracking application I use. Recently some PDs of 12/5 - 12/12 either approved or sent RFE. So hopefully we will hear something soon. But, there are still many November cases in Nebraska center unapproved

Well there's still a few weeks before things actually get rolling with this 2nd phase.

 

8 months total

If everything is on track from this point, we should be approved before Christmas, although I here its hard to get an appointment in Juarez.

 

Still LOTS of December people before me, I was the only approved case when I searched near by, all the other applicants were from Dec 13th I believe, that's when my case was received by them but my PD is a week later.

Gives me hope. I saw some cases this morning PD 12/8 approved and one 12/12 (which is also my PD) sent RFE notice. At least I know they are moving. Best of luck on your NVC journey. Hopefully I will be checking out that thread soon too.

I was told previously that my file was assigned to an adjudicator on June 1st.

I asked the lady today (she was very nice by the way) about that. 

She looked into to it and told me that on June 1st, the I-130 was moved to the room where all the I-130/I-129F (K3) combinations were.

Basically, they just paired it with the I-129F and that was it.

I asked here if that affects our priority day, and she said it does not, and that we should get an update within 30 days.

Well at least you got someone nice and hopefully you will hear something soon.
