Yes! I’m adjusting from K1z.

It didn’t update on the case status checker, but on the DHS website its says that my card is being produce.

I expedited my case under the critetia of severe financial loss, i contacted my Representative, they gave me a link to downlaod a file to explain my request, i sent it back to them for followup, they asked me to attach documents as proof of financial hardship, i didnt have a job offer letter, so i just sent bank statement, credit card debt,and any other personal docs that i tought could help me to get my case expexited.

are the credit card debts bank statement under your name? or under the USC?

You should include a photocopy of the RFIE/yellow paper.

I called and as expected they told me that the case is still pending and nothing to be worried about the error response of the case status bec they have been experiencing this error lately.

She even told me that the processing times for my local office is 11 -26 months.

Congratulations on getting your combo card.

Base on my experience as working with the airline we always folllow the name as per passport though your combo card is under your married name it is highly recommend to bring your marriage certificate when traveling.

Oh, based on my experience it was an RFIE . After they got my response it took 7 days for review i think then my case was ready for interview to be scheduled. I’m one of those lucky filers who is stuck with the user defined error, but the details were from IO from my infopass.

Nope , no news still. 

I did booked and infopass for June 27, I tried calling but the customer service agent wont transfer me to T2 and just told me to call back again after a month or so. Being in the customer service industry its very hard for me to persuade them, I must say. haha

Did you receive a reply for your SR? I am thinking of getting a help from our congresswoman, she helped us last year with my K1 case where it has been 3 months since my NOA2 and neither NVC or the US embassy can tell me where my case was.
