    @DontAskWhy
For those parent's who were not married at the time of conception, I believe the Consul will accept the following proof of relationship and won't ask for DNA test,
    1. Proof that you were in the same location, same country or living together
    2. Proof that you have a genuine relationship, photos together, chatlogs etc
    3. Proof of mother's pregnancy - ultrasounds, hospital bills, photos while pregnant
I was not able to provide all of those listed above so asked us to do DNA test. All 3 of us.
It is a hassle indeed specially for us because we've done the DNA test before using a home kit. But it will be a waste of application fees if we'll not proceed with what they ask... Such a pain.

We were asked to get a DNA test to support our CRBA and US passport application. I'm Filipina and my fiancee is a US Citizen but we're not married. Plus I was not able to provide documents to support my relationship to my daughter's father before I got pregnant and forgot to show photos that I was indeed got pregnant. I submitted ultrasounds, hospital bills though but still asked me to be included in the DNA test.

Do they even exist?  I'm no visa expert, but I have never heard anybody getting a single entry b2.

You won't know the exact timeframe that you will need to leave until you go through POE. You need to enter before the visa expires. Upon entry, you will get an I-94 stamp in your passport, which will include the date you need to leave by. If no date is printed, then it defaults to 6 months. Upon entry, the visa's expiration doesn't matter...only the I-94 stamp. This applies to both single entry and multiple entry visas.

    Yup, it exists.

Yes, they exist. The number of entries and m I nths/years is at the discretion of the c I sugar officer, up to the maximum allowed by the reciprocity of the hist country.  While the majority of visas are for either 5 or 10 years, there are exceptions.  For example, the maximum that can be issued to a Cuban citizen on a B1/B2 visa is one entry, six months.  You can check the maximum for any country at  https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html.

In answer to the original question,  the dates of validity of the visa are the dates on which you can go to the US and apply to enter.  The amount of time you can then stay is determined by the immigration officer at the port of entry.  So, if your visa is valid until December 31, for example, you can travel to the US on December 31 and if you are admitted into the country, you can then stay as long as the immigration officer says -- usually up to a maximum of the 6 months.  Once in the US, it doesn't matter that the visa has expiredd,  as long as you are within the time granted to you when you entered.

It is at the discretion of the officer if it's not a matter of reciprocity.  Most single entries are issued for three or six months.

Even if she's real and not a scammer (though she is), based on her response it's obvious that she's more interested in coming to the US rather than seeing you. Firstly, she wouldve done everything to videocall you, secondly is, she can agree to meet you first somewhere else and lastly, she doesn't love you. Even if those photos are real, deep inside, she's fake. Don't get carried away with emotions. Please.

    1) International biometric passport, we can propose you several ways to make it: - first one, is to make it in usual way. It will be done during 3-6 months and will cost 120 dollars; - second one, it can be done in a quick way and it can be ready in 3-5 days. The cost is 250$.    Such a ....! The cost of International passport with a chip : Up to 20 working days - about 912.00 UAH ($35.00 or so) Up to 7 working days - 1170.00 UAH ( $45.00-50.00)   And i've NEVER heard of issuing the document longer than a month. Nothing takes 3-6 months during this process. And definitely NOTHING costs $120-250.. But scam.     2) Visa    1) Tourist visa for 90 days, it gives a possibility for a person to stay in USA during 3 month and it cost 300 $.     - Once again - there is no such thing as a B1/B2 visa for 90 days.  2) Multi-entry visa for 10 years, the price of such visa is 450 $, so a person will be able to travel and stay in USA without any problems and paying for visa again during 10 years. - The price of B1/B2 visa is S160.00. That's it.     Sir, the price of visa includes the next options which our agency arrange for applying on visa: - translation of the documents - no translation is required if your documents are on Ukrainian or Russian. Period. - embassy fees; - What?!!!!!!! There is no "embassy fee". Only visa fee, which, as stated above, is $160.00. That's it - travel agency fess. -  I would say "scam agency fee".. - Medical insurance, this is obligatory request of the embassy, a person must have medical insurance for covering medical expenses during his staying on the territory of USA in case she got ill or will need other medical treatment. Sir, we make medical insurances for our clients which will cover medical expenses on the sum of 50 000 dollars. - There is no " a must" about that, at all.. It's not a requirement to have an insurance, applying for B1/B2 visa.   Also for making a visa application it is arrange the next documents( our agency will care about all these paperwork if you start organizing the documents with the help of our agency) : - Visa application form - form DS-160. "Kitty" seems speak decent English, so why would she need the "agency" to help her with filling out this on-line form?... - Round-way tickets( as this is a guarantee for the embassy that your friend will not stay illegally on the territory of USA and will return to Ukraine till the end of visa validation term) - it's highly recommended on the US Embassy  website not to book any tickets before you get your approval.   Mr. David, if your Lady starts organizing documents with the help of our agency, she won't need to go to the embassy for making visa application  - NOBODY goes to the Embassy for making application. Form DS-160 is ONLINE form.    http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ua/ua-niv-visatypeinfo.asp#

hi, my two cents below. hope these help.

    1) talking just 3 months is too short to be insisting on marriage and moving to the US. don't get me wrong, a lot of people do get married fast, but considering you guys have not even met in person yet, you should do that first before even thinking about the logistics of moving her to the US.

    2) her desire to visit and "see" the USA to see if it is a place she can see herself migrating to and being happy is a valid point. she should visit by all means BUT (and this is a big but) she should do so on her own capabilities and that includes applying for her visa on her own and paying for her tickets! if you both are comfortable with her staying in your place when she gets to the US, then that's fine but everything else she should pay for. if you are feeling generous and what to pay for her ticket as well...then that is up to you, but all airline companies have websites so book the ticket yourself online. do not send money to her or to an external agency to do the ticket buying!

    3) there are no agencies who can guarantee a tourist visa to the US! NO AGENCY HAS THIS POWER, ANYWHERE. sure, an agency may be able to guide her on the process of how to apply for the visa and help her fill out forms etc but any agency or company that says they can get her a US visa is a scam. she has to apply on her own by filling out the visa application form online, setting up an interview appointment with the US embassy or consulate nearest to her and then showing up to said interview and convincing the consular officer that she has the capabilities to be able to "tour" the US on her own means and that she has enough ties to her home country to ensure she will exit the US after her tour is over. If she cannot convince the consular officer of these things, then she will not be granted a tourist visa. And no, you as a US citizen, cannot "sponsor" her for a tourist visa. There is no such thing as sponsoring a tourist visa.

    4) There is no such thing as a "10-day US visa" either.

    5) Asking for money to pay for stuff is a huge red flag. Never ever wire any money to her or to any agency or third party.

Too many red flags on this one to ignore. Please proceed with caution.
