  1. The questions arent different, they are pretty repetitive. Those people that only got 6 questions is because they were tested based on the previous rule out of 10.. and if you get your first six questions right they dont need to continue testing. But i dont know about being asked only 3 questions. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT I stand corrected. I just went on the USCIS Site myself and saw this: If you filed your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, on or after December 1, 2020, and before March 1, 2021, and were scheduled for your initial examination (interview) before April 19, 2021, you may choose to take the 2008 or 2020 civics test as you go through the naturalization process. All others will be required to take the 2008 civics test. So anyone that has filed between december 2020 and march 2021 and was scheduled for an interview before april 19th 2021 has a choiceeeeeeee OF WHICH TEST. SO ALL OF US we dont have a choice and will be required to take the 2008 version. Information found here: 128 Civics Questions and Answers with MP3 Audio (2020 version) | USCIS ALSO CHECK HERE Civics Test (2020 version) | USCIS
  2. The previous user parsha posted information from the uscis website and I copied and pasted. So while the uscis website provides conflicting information the only difference between the two is being able to give five examples instead of three. They are the same questions.
  3. If you filed your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, on or after December 1, 2020, and before March 1, 2021, and were scheduled for your initial examination (interview) before April 19, 2021, you may choose to take the 2008 or 2020 civics test as you go through the naturalization process. All others will be required to take the 2008 civics test. looks like we gonna have to take the 2020 but the only difference I see in both instead of listing three ud have to list 5… like for example list three of the original states it may ask to list five instead
  4. 1. Sign in online 2. Scroll to the N-400 Application 3. Click on Documents 4. Notices are at the top and then the documents that you submitted at the bottom.
  5. Im sure someone that has gone through the process would tell you their experience.. in most cases its a combo and the interview letter advises. Someone in another thread .. or this thread i cant remember had an issue where they needed to get it sorted they had two different dates for both. Ofcourse human error and we told the person to speak to tier 2 to resolve it and also request infopass. Just make sure your letter says combo. Dont trust that the process would go through properly. All the best.
  6. I know. But I was telling u what was said to someone in another thread… (or was it this thread) … I dunno … I update mine Ofcourse to help others n help visa journey with their predictions but there’s others who really don’t care … n truly they don’t have to … would be nice. You can ask them to update their timeline but I just wouldn’t say u might want to …
  7. They don’t really have to but it helps everyone else on visajourney if they would update their timelines.
  8. If you filed online you can actually see what the letter says.
  9. Good for you, when is your interview? grab all docs u sent in i filed 3/4 online and in Atlanta ga still waiting.
  10. Oh ok cool. If it doesn’t say then you don’t have to. Happy for all who got appointments
  11. What does the interview letter say. Most ppl I’ve seen on here that applied under the 3 year rule their usc spouse had to attend but I’m sure your interview letter would say. If unsure contact support
  12. Congratulations... Passport application and Voters ID next :)

  15. Someone in February 2022 N400 filers posted that the estimated time disappeared. I checked on my online account, it disappeared on mine as well.. "Your N-400 personalized processing time is down for maintenance. Check the estimated case processing times for your field office or service center."
