  1. :S They do well with rescheduling but I would be so anxious and try to reschedule my vacation.. Then again, its summer, and including your children.
  2. Oh my, I hope you tried calling early in the morning. Someone in another forum got through today to them and updated us on their issue. Keep trying to call and when you do request a 2nd tier. Did you explain to the uk embassy rep why youre asking about your application and that you need the passport to attend an important interview? Try to escalate it and explain.
  3. Good. I was hoping that you would proceed and not WAIT like others were suggesting because with this and everything in life you should be proactive rather than reactive. Its already been so long. You have been waiting for a response since 2018. Always stay on top of things, and be proactive. Because like the example I gave you, I almost was denied for my cancelled interview. Had I not gone to get the stamp, luckily 2 days before my "cancelled" interview, I would have never known my interview was still on going. Good for you for sticking through with it. Keep us posted. Wishing for the best for you.
  4. I just realized u mentioned that also. Thats very strange that an interview for the i751 is scheduled a day after your n400 as initial and that you already attended your initial interview. Something isnt right. If anything it should be a combination interview. I would contact the call center and request tier 2. Tell them that you were scheduled for the first interview and attended it last year and then you are in receipt of another letter advising of an initial interview scheduled a day after your n400 interview. My i-751 was last year in october, they actually "cancelled" my interview but I went to the office two days prior to my cancelled interview to get the stamp and was told my interview was still on and they were expecting me. The system is messed up. I had email, notifications, the case status, and when I called in and spoke to regular rep they told me it was cancelled but when i got to the office it wasnt cancelled. Even afterwards they didnt know I had an interview on my cancelled date. I didnt get my greencard until January 2022. But yea, I would call the tier 2, perhaps see if you can do a case inquiry also that way you would be in touch with a representative out of that office. Detail your concerns. Keep us posted and good luck.
  5. I would definitely call in and request to speak to a second tier. Please keep us posted. Sorry you are going through this. Did you ever apply for citizenship?
  6. Accurate, I’ve seen 1 month to 2 months notices for the n-400
  7. Five months isn’t that bad. We waited longer before. We at the end…
  8. Relax …. It’s only been almost 5 months since you’ve filed. They told us a year n we waited longer for other processing. Just use the time to study the civics n print and prepare your paper work.
  9. lol wellllllllllll to be fair, my initial aos took like 10.5 months, and then my lifting conditions took over 30 months for an approval.. due to covid.. so when I saw they were putting N400 on priority, the 1 year didnt seem too bad.. so eventhough it "says" 10 more months to go... I am hoping it follows the same speed I been seeing
  10. yea i know they say a year... but i been paying attention it looks like the pattern is withing 4-6 months people in 2021 going into january and february of 22 were getting their interview notices. I think alot of us would start getting interview dates scheduled now in july...
  11. Oh ok... nothing has happened yet on my end. I think I saw someone talk about a status change like that before.
  12. Oh wow. What’s your noa date? and did anything change in your process? Or is it still saying Case is actively being reviewed by USCIS.
  13. March 4th n400 Online filer eligibility based on 5 year residency with Reused Biometrics - Atlanta Office - checking in .... who still waiting for an interview?
  14. Great news! I was wondering when someone was going to even create the march filers.. So happy to see movements. Congratulations to you! Hopefully we can see more of this happening soon.
  15. Oh wow! Congrats on almost being done. Wish u a successful interview. Please keep us posted. Don’t forget to take with you hard copies you submitted and anything that changed since filing. did you file online? also where is your field office?
  16. Wishing you all the best! Time to get all copies of everything you submitted. Go through your application thoroughly and ready yourself for that civics.
  17. ok cool. I applied online also and I am also in Atlanta. I filed based on 5 year permanent residency though, and in march so judging from yours I am hoping that I can hear from them by next month for an interview date.
