You will have to wait until the date for K1 on the USCIS processing time passes your "case received date". Once that date passes if you haven't heard anything then you can contact USCIS and open a "case inquiry" yourself or you can contact your congressperson (I would recommend doing this instead of opening your own case inquiry) and they will open a "case inquiry" for you. The response to a case inquiry done by a congressperson is much faster than opening one yourself. 

We are November 3rd filers, had an RFE and just received our NOA2 on June 5th (215 days after received date).

The packet should be on carry on bag. When you enter the port of entry in the US you have to go through the custom first and give them the sealed packet before you take your luggages...

The I-797 says to wait 30 days, but when you call the NVC they say it can take up to 6 weeks. Time deadlines/guidelines seems to be a bit vague when it comes to all this, but I think the 30 day/6 week frame is when you should start pushing for more answers.  Hopefully you will get a response well before that time. :-)

Hello January filers! My fiancee and I are November filers, but we were just approved, today we just received our NOA2 and found out we were approved. 

Is it safe to say that more or less the NVC is receiving cases on average just over 2 weeks after approval? Thats what I seem to be seeing from recent approval timelines.
