There is still plenty of unnecessary stuff in there.
It won't harm you though, so you do you I guess.

This is enough:
And then you add proof that you did actually go there on those dates (boarding passes, passport stamps and so on).

To be on the safe side I would recommend switching to your parents address. You will lose a lot of rights as soon as you are registered as having left the country such as free healthcare and subsidized dentist visits.

Have you tried increasing your meds yet? Maybe before your next post?

When you put it that way, I agree! How dare he bore you so. You sacrificed bringing him here and married him, and even got him a bank account that he fills with his money earned by working! He should have stayed in his home country.
I suggest you write to USCIS and tell them about this fraud ASAP. He works, bought a car, and saves money. We don't need people like this in the US. He sounds highly suspect. I think he's up to no good. The first clue is that he STOPPED buying you flowers. That's definitely suspicious.
Also, he can't assimilate to American life. We ALL eat on the couch, and watch tv all day long. And drink different juices! I think he'll fail with ROC because the juice issue shows your marriage is fake. Who won't drink different juices? Only a fraudster.

Are a you a troll?
Your spouse is working his ### off to pay the bills yet you are complaining.
So why can't you work as well since you like to have money always to buy new things for yourself and your daughter?
He is not your slave at your beck and call.

Scandi got a reaction from FarrahIdir in Forms your Beneficiary Fiance Must Sign
Ebassies usually require wet signatures, yes. And certified copy of your divorce decree if you were previously married.
Yes you'll need the wet signature on the i-129f form. Only the petitioner signs the form, which is you, I assume..?

Scandi reacted to KayDeeCee in What did you send your I-129f Package in? + Some added questions.
I have followed this particular topic for years now. No, the instructions do not ask for an original letter of intent. They do not even ask for a letter at all. Where are these form instructions? Not on the USCIS site here > https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf
Back in the summer of 2013, the form and instructions changed. Before that, it asked for original statements. When the new form and instructions came out 3 years ago, the wording had changed. It asks for evidence of your intentions, which can be a statement.
In the past, they used to give RFEs for not having an original 'wet' signature, but that has not been the case for 3 years now. If you check the RFE master list here on VJ, you will see that no RFEs for a 'wet' signature have been given since 2013.
If the new form edition instructions that will be coming out soon change again, then I will be sure to post and let people know. As of now, copies work still. If you want to be safe and send in 'wet; signatures, then you are free to do so, but the instructions do not state they are required.
This has been discussed many times over the years. Do a search here. You can find more. >

I know the feeling, I waited until the checklist showed up as well. I didn't get it as they didn't have my email, so my fiancé forwarded it to me when he got it. Remind him of checking the spam mail too in case it ends up there. You'll have it on friday I think, it only takes 3-4 days for them to send it from when they receive your case.

The checklist you get from the embassy. It also says that if you schedule an appointment before being told to do so the appointment will be cancelled. So basically, they want you to wait for the checklist (where it tells you what to do and how to do it), either you or your fiancé get it by email.

Scandi got a reaction from linafinn in K1 Signature questions(+ a few others)
I'm the kind of person who'd rather do too much than too little, just to "be on the safe side". So I sent everything with wet signatures. But it's not necessary, OP will be fine with the scanned ones, and it's more convenient when you're not in the same country.
Thank you, Robert. VisaJourney is full of recommendations (which is good), but if USCIS doesn't require wet signatures then it's perfectly fine with copies. Whatever they say goes.
Good luck on your journey btw, Sun.

They did get RFEs for that a couple of years ago. Since then there hasn't been any to my knowledge. I'd like to see where it says they have to be original, haven't seen that myself.

1. She can sign, scan and email them to you. It's not until the interview they might require original/wet signatures.
2. Use the example, we did too.
3. Write date and place on the photos. Add passport stamps, plane tickets/boarding passes and such too that'll show dates and place.

Not sure, I don't use those so I don't know how that works. You still only use 7 and 8, you should change it to 07 and 08 (there's always two numbers in both month and day).
Glad it worked out now.
