Relax Ramsha. Your passport will come in a couple days. Once your status says ISSUED then that means that they're just going through the process of stamping it and putting it in the mail and then actually delivering it. You shouldn't email them anymore because every time you email them, they have to review your case, and that MAY or MAY NOT take extra time. But I would be very very very surprised if your passport doesn't come to you in the next 2 to 3 days. I can probably bet you $100 dollars that your passport will be delivered before Wednesday of the next week. So just relax and inshallah you'll be posting VERY soon about how happy you are that your passport just came.
Yes, I went through your same process and I had all of these questions too. The Islamabad Embassy is terrible when it comes to generic email replies that don't offer any information.

Wow... I just read your profile summary. The only answer here would be that it would probably make it from USCIS to NVC, as I believe they mostly just check all the documents are there. But then it's up to NVC to take you through the next stage, and send it to your embassy for an interview if approved. That step there .... that's a big MAYBE in your case and I really doubt anyone on this forum can really advise you on it.
Its really as you have said ... apply, do your best to provide everything they ask for, and pray for a good outcome. It's just going to be a waiting game I'm afraid.

No because things have been trending for far too long. I get popped at the slightest hint of frustration in my response but people can talk about having slaves and not get popped?

When there is a mod in a topic, I shouldn't have to hit the report button. The mod should put the mod hat on and remove it. People want to discuss topics but attempt to discuss these topics without our input on a public forum. They should do this on a closed Facebook group instead of coming here knowing we are going to comment. I dint care who the mod is friends with behind closed doors, it shouldn't show when posting.
Now we are consistently blamed for posting topics about race but there are plenty of topics we don't start. Then if we post a topic it is still turned into a thread about black people.

Ask in the philipines forum there has to be another like case. I don't think he would be held under that said countries AP process but I don't know don't loose hope he's a citizen of Phillipines first I would think....

She has no right to enter the country. She is not a citizen. Her child can enter but why? So what he was born in the USA. He is 4 years old. He won't even remember it if she took him now. It's a foreign land to him.
Her chances were slim in the beginning. She has made them even slimmer by being removed once and denied once. Can she just not accept facts that the USA does not want her there? Their house, their rules. Just the same as she decides who she allows into her house and who she doesn't.
