Hi everyone we also get approved as March 17th afternoon by text and email. It was bitter sweet moment because what is going on about Corona virus all around the world. It was a horrible day for my job in US and her job in Ukraine. So Ukraine pretty much shut down everything and she can not even leave her city (no bus no train) plus US embassy of Ukraine close until further notice. Anyway thanks god we hire a lawyer from the beginning for our application and she will take care us and research. I know some of you will think lawyer not necessary for K visa but our lawyer is my friend and we want to do it just in case. Good luck for everyone...

Hi and sorry for late reply. For sure there is something going on in Fort Myers Office because they sending everyone around this area to Tampa. Well Tampa working much more faster so that is a good thing. I had my interview in Tampa and my interview was also at 7:00 AM and I was there at 6:40 AM and they opened the doors at 7 and I just wait 5-6 minutes on wait room only. After It was a grumpy lady but interview went well. She was not friendly and she had a serious mean face all the time. May be she did not get her morning coffee yet. She directly explain to me what will happen and she jump the questions. After the interview she said I passed and she said I will get an mail about Oath. She did not give me any date about Oath Ceremony, she basically said "I have no idea" about my when Oath Ceremony will happen question. Interview take place on July 30 and Oath was August 9th. She started with the 10 questions of the civics test. Then she asked me to write down a sentence she told me and then asked me to read a sentence. All of that was very simple. After that she verified my contact information and asked me about my address and work history. Then she asked me pretty much every question from the application. The whole interview took about 25 minutes and I had to sign some changes she made to my application regarding some information I did not fill out. I also checked my online account and says that they approved the application. Does anybody know how long it is taking for the scheduling of the ceremony?

Congratulations! Waiting Tuesday for mine and interesting to ceremony will be in Tampa. Very possible they will do the same to me.

I do not know what is going on in Fort Myers field office but USCIS said I will go to Tampa for interview which is fine and even better.

Congratulations Inna&Chris and gregcrs2! Today I also got a good news....So my interview also scheduled and I think that is fast for Fort Myers! Also as gregcrs2 said may be I will go to Tampa or Jacksonville. I will keep update y'all! 😎

This morning I got a call from Fort Myers office, the officer who interviewed me on Tuesday forgot to get my signature on one of the forms so she asked if I can come over as soon as possible... Luckily I live 40 minutes away from them. So I went there signed the Oath notice letter and she gave me an invitation for Tuesday the 11th for the ceremony. ROC was approved today also.

I had my interview today at noon. Thankfully it was a combo interview as I was hoping for. Anyways, the officer asked me questions regarding my I-751 first asked if I want to add any more new evidences, new tax transcripts, I gave her lots of new things we had. She said she saw my husband with me and won't question him as everything looked great and she wants to approve it.... But.... As soon as she proceeded to approve the s the data base for I-751 stuck and would not work:( So at that point she said we should start with N-400 and then see if it works after. I passed the test, everything went smooth and easy. She approved me and congratulated with passing my interview. Then she went back to the I-751 tried again, but of course not with my luck... It still didn't work. So the officer said she should fix the approval by tommorow afternoon and after that they mail me my Oath date....

Kinda happy and relieved that I'm done, but upset that It couldn't solve today cuz I could have my Oath already this Thursday.

They provide ceremonies twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, and people get them either same week or the next one after they passed the test.

Anyway hope I will hear any news till the end of this week regarding my date.

Inna&Chris Congratulations! Well, that means they are slow but moving lol! If you don't mind can you tell us when is your interview date? How long between notice and the interview date? I almost finish six months of waiting so finger crossed.

I had my biometric in Fort Myers all the time and for N400 it was in Fort Myers as well. Tampa is much much faster! Yes, I research a lot about Fort Myers office time period for N400 and only find one person N400 finished in 7 months. All others 10 to 15 months. So slow! Also about the oath, it is all about luck. Depends on how many people waiting for the oath. Good luck Y'all and please keep us updated. Thank you!

YES! I checked today and mine says exactly the same thing. My field office in Fort Myers, FL. Before case finish date was March 2020 and now this message coming up so what is that means? It will take longer

Wow, so I am not the only one! Hi, we are in the same boat! My waiting time is 15 months! I research a lot and actually still digging the forum about waiting times. Most of the people saying the waiting time not accurate at all. Some people getting interview letter and website still showing 10 months waiting time. I apply at 12th of November and made the biometric 4th of December.

Applied yesterday online from southwest Florida, Idk where is my field office, Tampa? Estimated case completion time 16 months!!! That can't be right, my 10 years Green Card and removing condition did not take that much longer😱! Estimated time for biometric 2 months...

Sure koukou, I wrote a long post to "I-751 Waiver Filers Timeline" before to send my RFE. If you search "I-751 Waiver Filers Timeline" you can find many info. I can copy paste here for you.

So with Form I-751 I sent all of these documents:

Filing and biometric fee in the amount of $590.00.

A copy of Permanent Resident Card, front and back.

A copy of marriage certificate.

A copy of divorce certificate.

A copy of our driver licenses showing joint occupancy at our previous address.

A copy of our 2013 and 2014 joint tax returns.
A copy of our Geico joint car insurance documents during the marriage.

A copy of our joint Sprint cellular phone bills from June 2013 to April 2015.

A copy of my life insurance showing my ex-wife as beneficiary.

Affidavits from my ex-wife, her best friend, from our boss (we were working together) and two other friends of us.

A copy of thank you card for both of our name from XXXX Casino Executive Sarah after attending an event.

A copy of wedding invitation to us from our friends xxx and yyy, Happy Easter card to us from our friend zzz.

A copy of our Fitness Club Membership Agreement Documents showing to we joined together.

A copy of our Sam's Club membership renewal.

A copy of e-mail showing our New York flight information and tickets.

Photos of us with our friends, my ex-wife's family and relatives, from different events, and at home during our relation and marriage. I sent photos from when we are at home, concerts, different cities and states like New York, Georgia, all over the Florida, different places like Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Busch Gardens, also bunch of different photos from holidays like Halloween, Christmas, thanksgiving day, 4th of July and birthdays, one of our friend wedding, lots of photos like we are at home with friends making barbecue, lots of photo from work, photos from voluntary jobs like we helping one of the animal rescue center, super bowl parties from each year, her two cousin visit our house for 2014 Christmas so photos from that night, etc. Also, photos from a dinner with my ex-wife father and some other relatives when he visit his friend who living in Florida.

A copy of some Facebook posts, photos, status updates etc. during our relation and marriage from my, her and our friends Facebook.

After RFE letter.

My lawyer wrote a 4 page of the letter and explain to them why I do not have that documents they asked (joint bank account, lease, rental documents etc.) and she wrote a long story about my marriage (how we met, how our relation start, how was our marriage, why we divorce) I also get two letters from my first home owner and roommate which is after our marriage we were living there together.

I also get a letter from our friend which is she was living with us in our second house. She is one of her good friends. It was a really big townhouse and she explains why my name was not on the lease (she was the one who found the house and asked us if we want to move together. Also when we were signing the lease my driver license, work authorization was expired so that's why my name not on the lease) also she said we were a happy married couple in the beginning but in time our relation starts to get bad.

I also look my old bank statements and find lots of checks and online money transfers to my ex-wife and our roommate. Thank god on the checks I wrote like "rent for march" , "electric bill" "water bill" etc. When my lawyer saw all of those she said oh that ones great evidence and I think she was right. It finished without interview.

Today I got an email from USCIS and finally I saw "New Card Is Being Produced" notice! It was a stressful journey started from May 2015 when my wife cheats me and I divorced her! It took a little bit more than 1.5 years and finally it is finished! Well, almost I am still waiting for my 10 years green card.

After RFE notice I was expecting to go interview but I think it was a good idea to hire an attorney. The attorney did a good job and explain my case with new evidence.

Got 2 Year Green Card: January 22, 2014

Divorced: July 11, 2015

Filed I-785: November 6, 2015

Get One Year Extension: November 11, 2015

Biometrics Appointment Notice: 12 December 2015

Biometrics: December 30, 2015

Request for Evidence (RFE): September 12, 2016 (After that I hire an attorney) I-751 Approved: January 6, 2017
