Hey my I-485 was approved 4 days ago and I still haven’t seen anything about “ card being produced “ yet. Should I be concerned?

i’m not sure if I’m overthinking or I’m just being paranoid. shouldn’t I have received My USPS  tracking number by now 

If my EAD expedited request was denied. Does that mean my petition goes to the bottom of the list? I’ve already been waiting 7 +months 😰

Hello, Good day. I have approved I-360 and is currently waiting on my I-485 to be adjudicated. I have not received pending combo card yet. The status of the combo card is saying that the fee was waived 51 days ago. So with all of this information. Do you think I can travel to Texas using my Valid Passport?

It’s been 20 days since I’ve sent my I-485. EAD/AP  to Vermont and the check still have not been cashed… I don’t know what else to do

Now I have a question. 
My congresswoman has not responded to my email, so how do I contact my senator here in Florida?

Hi there! There’s no set time for response when it comes to these matters with USCIS/Congressperson. FeDaniela is correct… they only get back to you soon as they get word from USCIS. The back up is real! I learned this much from my own case. Yes you had to fill out and sign the privacy release document to enable them reach out and receive information on your behalf! How much time does it usually take for a Congress person to get back to you about an inquiry?
I wrote to her and she responded by sending me a “privacy release form”, I filled it out and resent it to her over 3 weeks ago and  complete silence👀

Today it is a history, I went to my485 interview today. The African American lady  IO was so nice.  Only asked my name, DOB, parents name and yes/no questions which I wrongly answered yes o the paper on 2 questions, Imagine. So verbally I answered no cos I don't smuggle arms and dont belong to any terrorist group but in my 485 I answer yes( only God knows what was going on in my mid when I was filing my 485 last year, though I don't even blame myself cos then life was meaningless and don't know what net to do with myself)

 

"So the lady laughed and said I understand, go ahead and put your initials on your new answer which is no". So I did and thanked her. She told me we are through with the interview so I thanked her and left. She didn't ask me anything about my vawa. I didn't stay there more than 5 mins.

My vawa have only been approved 2 months now. so I guess I still have some waiting to do🤷🏾‍♂️

Well my I-360 is approved. She provided me with the receipt number for my I-485  that is aligned with my A number.  I checked the receipt number on the Uscis app. It says my fingerprint fee was waived since 2018 and nothing else. So I’m still wondering if my ex-wife had withdrawn the petition?

Hey fam👋 I hope everyone is doing well. 

Anyways,  I called USCIS earlier today to get some information.

So I gave the Agent my A number instead of my Receipt number.  Just to find out if I needed  to file another I-485 since my ex wife threatened me that she’s got pull it because she wanted me to get deported.  

So my question is, would the agent still be able to see the existing receipt number if my ex-wife really withdrawn the petition?

No updates online, nothing. The card just showed up today! 

 

DAMN!!!!! That’s crazzzy. It took USCIS 6 months to fix the issue with your address.. Anyways congrats

What I’m concerned about at this moment is really my work permit that was issued with approved vawa .  How long does but usually take for the to resend it to me again? Btw I already updated my present address? So how long???

I sent my I -485 about 3 weeks ago. Immediately after I found out my vawa has been approved. I did not send any kind of payment because I was under the impression that that since I’m now filing the I-485 to be alongside my approved. Vawa application. I was not required to send a filing  fee. Am I wrong with that assumption?

My VAWA has been approved for 54 day and counting, sigh but I still haven’t received my work ( I did select YES ). There was a mix up with my current mailing address. I wrote Vermont about 3 ago…  still waiting but I sent my I-485 and work permit with approved notice from the USCIS website
