Seems a straightforward waiver situation?
Yeah, but am just thinking how the fact that he was "was previously permanently barred for willful misrepresentation (working under the table) & overstating visa" wouldn't be enough to not grant it. I have seen some cases denied for less, I might be wrong but just my thoughts.

Hi y’all. I just wanted to let you know I was scheduled for an interview for June 3. My n400 application was received on March 17 2021. Is kind of exciting and scary because it seems really fast. I still have a pending removal of condition application which last update says biometrics was applied to my case for almost a year now. Any idea how the interview works with a pending i751 application? Sorry I don’t have much info on my profile. My wife used to run this profile and am not that technologically inclined.
Congrats, make sure you go with your wife for the combo interview.

Hey there! Any updates on this? Did USCIS already ask for your gc to be sent in?
I need to file an I-90 as well to correct a USCIS typo on my greencard. I'm debating if I should apply online or file by paper and send the greencard with it.
Hello,
I filed online due to USCIS error and I got my receipt number and filed for expedited and it was denied. I just called USCIS again to request a reason as it was clearly due to their mistake. So you can file online and add a letter explaining that they made a mistake.

Hello everyone!
Check your green card dates when you get it, It turns out that the 'resident since' date on my 10- year card was the date when I applied for my removal of conditions rather than the date I became a permanent resident in 2018. So, I filed I-90 online and called USCIS and requested expedited processing for my replacement green card due to USCIS error.

We should really watch the language we use when giving advice on here. Some people’s comments are pretty insensitive sometimes 😔 we should always ask would I want someone talking this way to me if I am in this situation.

Hello everyone! I don't know if there a group already for 2021 March filers, but figured we could all get on here and share our experiences!

Same here. LIN service center. Applied in March 2020, checks were cashed and I received the notice within a week but nothing since then. Other LIN people, what are y'all thinking?
Did they reuse your biometrics?

My case was just updated to show fingerprints were taken!

Potomac Service Center is where my receipt letters correspond to.
I see, am glad things are moving fast now. They are going to be overwhelmed with work when things open up again, so I guess reusing fingerprints might be their best bet.

I also got an update last night saying fingerprints had been applied to my application. So that means no future Biometrics appointment?
I guess so! we have the same received date so I might get one soon. Was you case transferred? Mine was sent to Nebraska.
-
I sent mine to Dallas from Pennsylvania and they sent it to Nebraska, I think they just randomly distribute the cases among all the centers.

Why do you file married separately?
This might be a problem, always best to file jointly shows strong evidence of cohabitating together.

We got a text notification yesterday that the case was received, and our check was cashed today! Whew! I was nervous that they would incorrectly reject the form or something.
Our case number starts with LIN.... so Nebraska. Looks like it's the slowest processing center (currently taking up to 26 months). Oh well!
Oh my! Mine is in Nebraska as well

Hi!
I’m currently needing to get a state ID. I don’t have a driver’s license (i don’t drive), so I’ve always used my Permanent resident card for ID purposes. My green card is about to expire, and due to the current situation with COVID19 i don’t know if I will be able to get an appointment with the DMV before the expiration date. I do have the extension letter for my green card. I was wondering if the DMV will accept my “expired” green card along with the extension letter.
i would appreciate any info or experiences you can share with me. Thanks
The DMV would accept your green card along with the NOA letter you received. It extends your residency for 18 months. Don’t forget to show up with your ss card as well.

I'm afraid that with Stephen Miller still in defacto charge of USCIS I doubt the interview requirements will be relaxed and that was causing most cases to take at least 18 months in the first place - with the virus shutting down interviews and biometrics for at least the next 4 months I think there is going to be a huge surge in Combo applications next year.
You are right ! I have began practicing the test questions already.

Got my text message last night (no email though) that my NOA was on it's way in the mail. Check deposit hasn't appeared on my bank statement yet.
Same here! Got a text last night with my receipt number beginning with LIN, guessing my case will be transferred to Nebraska . I hope they process it in time before I become due for N 400. I wouldn't want to do a combo application.

Mailed it the same day as you and we also did check. Hopefully they will have done it by the end of next week - I hate this part of waiting to know if it even successfully made it there in one piece without errors.
You read my mind! We checked the form several times! hopefully they cash it soon.
