For the N400- if your original appointment Date got cancel due COVID 19, do you have to call in to get a new appointment or will they automatically set a new date/ appointment for you?

I have received a case update today confirming that my fingerprint review was completed. I filled at CSS. I am assuming I should receive a letter soon with the fingerprint waiver notice. Anyone else got any update ?

hiii people! Sent our package on the 21st. Should arrive tomorrow. I'm worried about the whole address thing. I updated my address last time I moved (Dec 2017) and USCIS still sent the 120-days notice to my last address. I found out that that's just how USCIS does it for some reason, the 120-days Notice always gets sent to the address of the original Green Card. I am wondering if we should fear missing our NOA1, biometric appointments or RFE? Or do you guys think we'll get everything sent to the right address from now on?
Did you do a change of address with the post office ?

So... as I said previously... all three of my case numbers (EAD, AP and AOS) never worked until they got approved. Well today my I-485 changed to " Card is being produced". It never went to " Case approved", it just went straight to "card is being produced". Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm so happy to have an update!
Congrats! We went straight for the card being produced just like yours....

I just took my wife conditional green card and the application- told them we lost the old card . The new card doesn't have that DHS removed. For those ahead of me and those who just got the word we have been approved... What is the social security card discussion all about? We filed and had gotten a social security card for my husband 1 week after his arrival into America. Do we just take his green card ( when we receive it ) and his social security card (that has work limitations written on it) back to the SS office and get a new one? Also what does that have to do with the driver center?

Good luck and hope all goes well?Interview tomorrow! Wish me luck! Spouse, anchor baby, pictures, financial statements all ready!

the last two years of income just to see if you're steady with your income but the third / newest tax is the most importantI submitted last 3 years tax return. My last year had a business loss so the income is effectively 0. I used my assets to make up for it.
my 2016 income is 60K but I only submitted last 3 paystubs April/May/Jun.
I just asked my accountant to provide 3 more paystub (July/Aug/Sep). The total of the last 6 paystubs is 60K. That should meet the requirement, don't you think?
Or do you think I should still get a co-sponsor?

If it's just you two your income only haves to be above $20,000 and up. 60k should be more then enough . Ask your bank to to write a letter and only show deposits that you've done starting a year ago to present .I submitted last 3 years tax return. They want to see all of 3 years of your tax. If you don't you can pay a penalty and do a late tax, consult with a tax professional . I called my bank if they can write me a later to uscis with 1 year worth of bank deposit . I didn't send any pay stub because I already had my 2015 tax done. Yes co sponsor will need everything just like you would.Received my RFE letter today saying that my income level is not enough. I'm self-employed and report a 60K for 2016 income. However I only have pay stubs for the April-Jun when I filed in July.
I also have assets that more than enough to cover the difference if any.
Anyone knows if the co-sponsor needs to supply paystubs as well? I only see that they require co-sponsor to file another 864, last income tax, W2 and proof of US citizen.
