CO's are not idiots. They are there to sniff out lies. You should wait for a while and work on his ties to his country and then apply. There is very little hope that he will ever get visa, considering the problems earlier but its never bad to try but this time with 100% truth and genuine effort to prove ties to the home country.

Fill up the forms yourself...it's not rocket science...save the lawyer fees and use it for some good cause...
-
Do some self research and go through the "GUIDE" section on top...
-
Be a man and call her parents and tell them that it is not going to work out and that you are going to pull the petition.Being sneaky will make things more worse....
-
Thank you abhisekh for your input.
You are welcome.Do let us know what happened and how you tackled the situation,in order to help other members here....

I bet it was an awesome experience and moment.I am sure almost all the immigrants here dream of that moment....congratulations....

"my daughter visited with her"
Was I the only one that caught this?
nope ur not the only one...

I completely understand that you wanna pay for their visit but I think they should pay their own.The CO might wonder why they need your help when they have good financial condition.

I do have 2 kids, and no I can't have anymore, my fiancé was aware of this after we met, he has talked to both of my kids and considers them his own. We have talked about adoption though.
I truly hope you have front loaded the i-129 f with solid proof of your relationship as it is always good to front load the petition with as much proof as you can because, pretty much, the IO decides the outcome of the interview before the beneficiary is ever interviewed. It's always hope for the best but the most important is prepare for the worst. Definitely your case has some red flags as it is not common in Pakistan, for a man to marry a woman,18 years older. You will see people here telling you to not worry but as a matter of fact you do need to worry and start preparing your fiance and yourself for the Interview because it is gonna be very tough.Gather additional proof of relationship and go through the cases of other members who were in similar situation. All the best.

Thank you all for the great info. I am wondering at what point can my wife apply for a US passport? After the ROC?
I would suggest you to use the resources available on this website and read all the valuable information yourself so you know everything from starting till end.My wife and I studied everything on this website and knew about the whole process even before I entered USA.This site is a blessing and the information here is worth million dollars.Only thing you have to do is do some self research.

Ask you daughter to take it easy!!! Immigration process is a very serious thing.I understand people fall in love and want to be together asap but one should always prepare in advance and not live in a fantasy world.Either your daughter does not understand the seriousness of all this or she thinks her parents will always support financially,no matter what.Ask her to slow down and first go through all the relevant information once again starting from applying for K-1 to Adjustment Of Status. Also talk to her Fiance and ask him questions about all this.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Bring your original birth certificate, as well as a clear photocopy. If it is in any language other than English, bring a notarized English translation. If you do not have a birth certificate or your birth certificate is missing your name, your date of birth, or the names of your parents, submit the following secondary evidence:
School-leaving certificate, matriculation certificate or Certificate of Recognized Boards from the school you last attended; your baptismal certificate from a church. OR
A notarized affidavit executed by a parent, if living, or another close relative older than you. This affidavit should clearly state the relationship between the relative and you, how well the relative knows you, the date and place of your birth, the names of both your parents, and any other related facts.
Your fiancee already has a Birth Certificate and the date is incorrect. As per my knowledge the above does not apply to you. They may ask her to get the date corrected in the Birth Certificate which might delay the issuance of visa. They might keep her passport in case they want to issue a visa and ask her to submit the correct Birth Certificate.

Your wife needs to check the Visa requirements for U.K. according to the country she belongs to.I don't think, having a green card, will make her eligible to travel there without a visa.A green card is for entering USA without a Visa.

You will receive 2 Police Clearance certificates, bring one to the Interview...

Hi HFM
Thanks for the reply.
Fortunately it is a very unique skill that is not found around every corner.
H1b's are up so they cant apply, next option that I suggested is a H2b as it sound possible being a visa for intermittent / peak load need.
This is a case of a intermittent / peak load / once-off need i would say.
I came to ask the question here as "visajourney" always provides really good and accurate answers, so please help me understand if this is a possibility if the company can proof -
1. Intermittent / peak load / once off need
2. No workers are available or willing to do the contract
3. Proof of contract for work that a resource is needed
Your assistance is appreciated
Hi Abishek
I know the company owner for many years and have been doing work remotely for them for approximately 4 years.
OK! As a matter of fact.I completely agree with HFM181818.

If I was you,I wouldn't apply for a Tourist Visa anytime soon.It will further jeopardize your chances of getting a visa again.
-
The company should be able to guide you through the process...hope it's not one of those employment scams going around on the internet....
-
sorry to hear about your situation bro!!! just don't give importance to money now and hire a good lawyer, otherwise you may find yourself in big problem....
